Vss3 license problem. URGENT.

I am unable to transfer license from old machine to new machine because the hard drive failed and I had no back up  .
all I want is a fix for this problem. I need a new license!!!   Support tickets just don't work   .  I really am desperate having to post this in an open forum   .   Find below some proof of my purchase
