Technical Support e-mails don't seem to work


Hi, Last week I opened a ticket CAS-452709-K0K0L9 for a Behringer B-2 Pro microphone I purchased from Amazon Canada last february. I got a response that Music Tribe is unable to find the dealer in the system (Amazon Canada?). I replied the same hour, and after sitting and waiting for days, I got another reply that you're still awaiting for a reply. I replied again, and still waiting.


Something is obviously not working with your e-mail servers.



Please honour the warranty or repsond. (check your spam flder, as you advise others to do)
