Voice Support app unable to connect to internet & unable to load required control files (mac & windows)

Hi there!


I tried to install the voice support app on my Mac M1 & on a win 10 computer and each had the same errors.


I have a TC-Helicon play acoustic that I like to handle & update if possible.


I read about that issue in 2018's thread of this forum and in some reply becomes fixed, but now is present again.


Please, does anybody have fresh information about that issue? How can I update & set up my play acoustic now?
