      rikpaint Not included in e-mail release the dumping of a bunch of indendenant retailers to give Sweetwater market dominance, leaving folks who prepaid for equipment and have been waiting months having their orders cancelled, also now stuck in limbo on a defective X-Touch that had to be returned via the independent retail with no idea how it is going to be replaced. :(

    Following the recent transition from Starin Distribution, Music Tribe is delighted to announce that AVL Media Group has been appointed as Music Tribe’s new Enterprise Distribution Partner for the North American and Canadian markets.

    Enterprise refers to Music Tribe’s Professional Division, which serves the Install and Live & Touring Sound Customers through dedicated distributors, representatives, integrators and contractors, who all work in close partnership with Music Tribe’s Customer Solutions and Technical Support teams.

    We're in close contact with the best US e-commerce partners to establish a "factory direct" model, where we'll ship products straight from our factories to these Super Partners, which will dramatically increase speed and lower cost. These amazing Super Partners have also committed to stock all our products, so you have access at all times.

     

    Best of all, we'll be able to pass those massive savings on to you, which means US prices will now be in line with our attractive prices in Europe.

    We're also currently working on a global pricing strategy, so all of you have access to all products at equal pricing (excluding local taxes etc.).

    Today, we’re very excited to announce that Music Tribe has been featured in Onshape’s Innovation blog and websites!

    The article talks about how Onshape has helped us streamline our design process and re-create over 10,000 library items. Music Tribe was also recently invited to a panel discussion where senior leaders from Google and other leading companies attended. Our mission is to partner up with Tier 1 suppliers who provide disruptive applications in line with our Customer and Digital Obsession Vision.

    Last year we made a radical change to consolidate all our mechanical engineering solutions from Pro-E, Solid Works and Inventor to a new cloud based solution called OnShape. It has been a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey that has allowed us to cut our mechanical engineering time in half within less than a year.
