    I have a ticket open with Tech Support regarding an RMA for my GoXLR Mini. I was asked for more information regarding my address and phone number, which I provided but I've since had no response for 2 days. What's happening?

      Telemadness1 I too have open Care Tickets with no response from anyone at Music Tribe. 2 of my Care Tickets have even been Cancelled without anyone contacting me !

    Good morning,
     
    I have your TC helicon VoiceLive 3 unit. I saw on youtube that a guy posted a short video of useful tips and tricks. One of the tips was to shut off Mic Clip protection. He went into setup,...input, and turning the large dial once to the right. However, Mic Clip protection does not show up on my LV3. Any thoughts, or is this only available if I do a firmware update?   Help!!

      Can you confirm that you have the latest Firmware version installed?
      This is done through the Voicesupport 2 application. You can download this from the "Software" section of the Product Page. It may be that the user in the video has a different firmware version installed to what you have.

      Thank you for your response. As of yet, I have not done any firmware updates. I have been hesitant after reading problems others have had with their firmware updates.

    I just bought a behringer UMC202HD from a private seller from Facebook marketplace. How can I register my product? Do I need to do a liscence transfer?

    I have 2 new 2600's which seem to have the same problem.  Neither will change pitch below C4 from any midi keyboard.  I've tried a few with the same result.  They all stop going down below C4.  If I use them as euro modules with CV inputs everything works as normal, but I have other Berhinger product synths and they all work properly below C4 with midi.  Also I just noticed the power light cycles thru from Red to Green to Yellow.  Is this normal or should it stay on green?  Is anyone else having this issue?

      NicJonesMT Hi Marcidee.
      This is dependent on the Virtual Instrument that you are using the FCB with. You would need to program the FCB to send a Note On CC message for the notes that you want to use.
      If you click support at the top of the page and submit a tech support ticket, if you let us know what instrument you want to use it with and your desired outcome then we can advise further.

    Hey folks! 

    ive made a bunch of presets that I'd love to export and share with friends but really scratching my head about how to do it. I think I managed to export a bank of sounds using MIDIOX but I don't want the entire bank ~ just 40 or so from the bank. Anyone know how to do this?

    I have ugraded from UMC404HD to UMC1820, but I have  a problem with my UMC1820 it only communicates with my laptop/pc when it likes. Most of the time it'll give me a message that say no device connected. I can't really work with this device because I don't know when it'll be seen by the pc. I dont have the same problem with the 404HD it just clicks with the pc, when I try to swap the USB cables still the same problem with the 1820.
