Hi, I keep trying to raise a support ticket for my mixer but can't get anywhere... the DX626 isn't listed as an option, plus even when I choose a different mode I can't submit the ticket: I just get a constant 'loading' symbol.

One of the phono ports on the mixer has died, meaning I get no sound from that speaker. Mixer is well within its warranty but I can't get through to customer service!

    Can anyone help?

I have an original mXC Centre speaker for my cinema room set .18 years old and purée the. So much so I purchased a second hand one for another room set up. But it has a fault sound only comes from the tweeter and nothing from the two other speakers. The cabinate is perfect not been dropped and all connection posts are good. I tested on my original amp then put back my original speaker and that sounds great. So I know it’s not a cable or amp fault. Can anyone help please ideas

    cheers

    Hi,

I am currently set with Tannoy RX8F. I Would like to ask what size of cable (mm2) will be enough to power them for 2 meters run? I mean 2x1mm2 or 2x2mm2 or 2x4mm2 etc...

Hello Tsvetomir, welcome to the forum.

For a 2 metre run, the 1.0mm2 cable should be OK. 2.0mm2 cable is theoretically better but you probably would not be able to hear any difference.

      Hi,

Thank you for the answer. You might laugh but I currently use 4mm2 and I notice too much low frequencies...

I think it's an overkill to use such a thick cable...shall i change it?

The thicker cable should not cause a problem with the sound. These speakers can give too much bottom end in small rooms. If you have the space, you could try moving them away from walls and corners.

I have the X32 Rack in use with the firmware version 3.11. Now I found the firmware version 3.12 for X32, dated with November, 8th 2019. The firmware 3.12 for X32 Rack is dated with July, 2nd 2018. Is that also the newest firmware, only with the wrong date?

I think you are right. They changed some of the dates today. I noticed it when I was looking for firmware 4.0. I think it's release is immenent. M32-Edit 4.0 was released today.

I'm having some problems with my Tannoy Lifebuds. Like the sound quality but the left bud was choppy (sounded like I was going through a tunnel as it would frequently drop connection) and one day the buds simply stopped pairing with one another so I'm only able to listen to one of them at a time. Have tried re-pairing with my phone as in the manual multiple times to no avail. Please help.

Hello, Can anyone help me out with a user manual on the Voicelive Touch? I lost mine in a move. I noticed they do not have it in english on TC Helicons website. Thank you in advance!

i´m searching for a product like the HA4700, but much smaller...i only need one stereo jack input, a headphone output, a pan pot plus a mono switch...

i need it for the drummer, who gets the playalong files with the band panned to the left and the metronome to the right...so he can make his own mono mix...is there a smaller unit to make this possible...?

    thanks!

Can someone, maybe Behringer, post clear, step by step instructions on how to run two bridged channels, as oppossed to 4 non bridged, on the NU4-6000?  Detailed, straight forward instructions that explain EVERYTHING that needs to be done to bridge A+C and B+D channels?

    Thank you

    Hello Community:

I've been able to connect my XR18 via the Access Point and Wireless to my computer, my ipad, and Android. I was also able to connect to my PC running Windows 10 via the Ethernet port.

Unfortunately [and this is why I am writing] I have not been able to connect to my Linux PC (Ubuntu 19.04) via the Ethernet. I have been able to connect to my Linux PC with the Access point, and via wifi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I don't want to bring two computers to each show.

    Thanks,

    J

      Hi J ( @TheCroMan ),

Welcome to the community.  When you say connect, do you mean the XAir Edit app or networking in general?  Do you get an IP address from the XR18 and can you ping it from the Linux PC? I'm assuming you have the XR18 configured as the DHCP server or are you running with static IPs?

We need to verify the basics are working first and go from there.
