    Hi everyone. Anyone know where or if it's even possible to purchase blank TC Electronic Smorgasbord of Tone series pedal enclosures and knobs? Looking to complete a project for personal use that would match the 4 TC pedals already being used. Thank you!

      If you open a parts request above (Hit Support) then someone from our parts team can advise further. 
      As far as I am aware you should be able to get some Pot covers but in terms of the physical cases/enclosures I dont think that these will be available. 
      Again the best option is to open a spares ticket and they can then advise you further.

    Hi, I have to change the lights of two vumeters on my TUBE ULTRAGAIN T1953, the needles run well , but the two backlights of the two warmth needles don´t turn on, I don´t know I f I have to change all this vumeters, only the leds or any type of lights , or if the problem could come from any power suply for these two vumeters. Is only estetic , but I wanto to fix it to sell the unit. I´m not talking about the tube backlights , I´m talking about the vumeters. I show them in a photo:

      I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Service Repair explaining your problem. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form.

      Hi, Alex. thank for the reply. I've submitted a support ticket, but no reply. I also contacted the parts companies here in the US but they are requesting a part(s) number, which I don't see before they can help.  I only have the model and serical numbers. Any help is much appreciated!

    Does anyone know on what pins the cat5 cable carries power to a DP48 POE rj45 port? What voltage is required to power them via that port? The Hub4 manual says the remote power follows the 802.3at spec but it appears there are a few varieties of pin options within that spec, and perhaps with voltage as well? Using pin 4 and 5 (+) and 7 and 8 (-) with 24v dc does not do it. The power supply to the DP48 uses 24V DC. The P16M uses those same pins but with 12v dc and it works fine. Looking for POE injector options as the HUB4 seems to be quite lost at sea.

    Do you manufacture a version of the TA 312S that does not have the on/off switch?

      Hello @tdobson99 ,


      David Knighton here with Music Tribe support.  Currently, at the time of writing this response, there is no alternative model for the TA312S that does not feature a switch.  A few suggestions though.  If you take some black tape, you can tape over the switch in the ON position so that users and presenters don't make use of it.  If you were savvy with a soldering iron, you might be able to bypass the switch altogether, or even super glue it in the ON position, however doing so will likely void the product warranty.

    j'ai 2 Behringer S16 , l' une des 2 fonctionne mal , après environ 30 ou 45 mn ne fonctionne plus mais elle reste  allumè , à chaque fois je  ferme et je rallume l'interrupteur pour qu'elle refonctionne ,

    prière m'aider pr ce problème

      I would try to reload the latest firmware and connect the CARE (support) folks (since it takes a long time these days). Use the Support menu at the top of this page and fill out all the fields. You may need to look in your SPAM folder for the response.

      Hi There. 
      If the device is dropping signal but remains powered on, I would recommend going through some basic tests (Such as swapping all cables from one of the S16's to the other). This will then determine if the dropouts are caused by a cable or by the S16. 

      If the S16 is still not passing audio then please press Support at the top and submit a Technical support ticket.

    But in different webshop, there is 502 and 502 V2 (little more expensive).

    Is there a difference? Is it only a marketing difference? Midas has change anything?
