    Hello, i have a problem from factory with my umc22. I created a ticket for warranty but no response at all for now. I wanted to know how was your experience with behringer costumer service and technical support cause mine was really bad. i don't live in the USA but I bought the usb interface in an authorized reseller and i talked to them and their willing to help me with my case and even contact Behringer themselves. I'm talking about not only my passion here, but my job and my only income at this moment. I can't work with a faulty interface that's been like that since using it for the first time. I tested it with other computers and the problems persist. Do you know if Behringer will be willing to help me with this? Cause i need a new one which actually works from the moment i get it. The warranty for my product is supposed to be of 3 years, so i'm covered. I never touched it, opened it, nothing. It didn't even drop down or got hit once since i got it, never. But the noise, the crackling with the volume knob and the fact that sometimes I have to reconnect it for it to actually turn on is driving me crazy. And don't let me start with the driver topic. Asio4All for me at least is not good, but it's the only option they give, it's crazy they don't give their costumers proper dedicated drivers. So that's it, this problem is bothering me for a long time and Behringer doesn't help at all at least till now. Please, tell me your experiences with the costumer service so I know if there's a chance of getting the unit replaced. Thank you and have a nice day y'all!

      Joeljohn1992 hello alen, i hav not contacted behringer customer service nor technical team as i use headphone amp and patchbay from behringer. however the noise that comes while turning the pre amp knob is common in starting range audio interfaces.i have a native instrument komplete audio 6 and that too bring up the crackling noise however it does not remain once pre amp is fixed to a particular level . UAD,RME have really good pre amps that is by far the best i have experienced.also asio4all is universal driver from windows and all driver compatible with windows are being connected through Asio4All drivers.

      alenramos Thanks for the reply, Joel. The problem is i didn’t spend money on a device for it to have noise problems even if it is of a low range price. And the thing about not turning on sometime when i connect it to USB 2.0 as it’s stated by Behringer is not acceptable. I hope Behringer gives me a solution or i’ll have to take more actions.     Can't submit any tickets to support, as the Brand dropdown doesn't populate - need my Voicelive screen replaced and can't find a way to do it

    Any ideas?

    I've got a TC Electronics Finalizer Express that I'm looking to have the knobs replaced with stepped potentiometers... any suggestions on who might do that? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

     

    I just received a Xenyx 1222USB mixer and the LED next to the TAP button for FX is blinking.  I have tried pressing it many times but cannot get it to stop blinking.

      KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. the TAP button should be blinking, it is the TAP Tempo used for the time based effects. You can tap it repeatedly to set a new Tempo for the effects module.

      RobbyWingfield Hello! This is Robby with Music Tribe. I just checked the download and it is downloading as a standard .zip file. If you have VLC Media Player installed it will sometimes try and play a .zip file as a .bin. If you right click on the download and select extract you should be able to unzip the file. Please make sure you are not trying to unzip directly to root folder as well. Dragging the .zip file to your desktop is the easiest way to do this. You can also create a new folder and place the .zip in there before extracting it.

    I am looking for a more detailed manual that would explain how to use the audio links and if you can attach a mixer to the IP1000 with phantom power.

      With regards to the Link A/B outputs these route an unprocessed copies of Input A/B for daisy chaining to multiple speakers, it is also possible to use a mixer with the unit, however, how you connect this depends on what you wish to achieve and how many iP units you are connecting to.

      Sven2453 Thanks Chris for the reply. Can i connect a mixer with phantom power to the IP, is so is there any special setting. Second, can I attach non IP monitors to the IP?

        ChrisEdwards1 Hi Sven2453, thanks for the follow-up. Yes, connecting a mixer that has phantom power is no problem along with using none iP speakers via the link outputs. As an example, you could use the link outputs from your iP1000 to route into a TFX122M-AN as a stage monitor.
