    1. Hi everyone,

    i don't have much experience working with midi, and I bought the TC helicon perform VE used, and I'm having issues connectibg it to my midi keyboard (Yamaha reface Cp).

    I'm wondering if I'm just missing something? Am I using the wrong keyboard? Should the pedal connect to something else, or is the keyboard the only connection it needs to create vocal samples into midi ane use it with the keyboard? 

    Also, perhaps I've connected it wrong?

    It seems like this should be an easy pedal to use, so there's also the option that the midi in is damaged...

    Hello Tribe,

    I am looking for a replacement power suppy for my Tannoy Reveal 5A monitor. Its not your common universal power supply. inside of the power hook up on monitor only has two prongs. Can someone help me find a replacement power supply cord for this monitor please?

    This is the worst forum software I have ever experienced.  I don't have time to read post after post of unrelated topics trying to find useful information.  Especially as slow as this website is. 

     

    This place reminds be of the Behringer quality that I grew up with long, long ago.  Not good.

    What's the USB Port for - the manual says "when connected to computer it shopws up as a class-compliant USB MIDI Device capable of supporting MIDI in & out." - is there a save function for the patches I create other than the patch notes at the end of the manual??

    I was testing a midrange speaker for signal. I had the output too high, voice coil started to arc and melt within a couple seconds. I unplugged the speaker cable, then turned the power switch off. Waited two minutes. Plugged in working speakers and powered back up. Amp is in protect mode and a steady click comes out of both channels. Help!

      Nigel67 Hi, if you disconnect everything except the speakers and repower, does it stay in protection mode? If so, then the unit will need to be looked at by the repair centre. Please send in a service ticket. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you.

    Hi Guys

    I wanted to know the best settings to use on my Sub'n'Up pedal to get as close as possible to emulating the Bass guitar sound on tracks such as Jet Harris' Besame Mucho or Diamonds which are instrumental hits from the 1960's.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Can I use the pedal as a volume pedal at the same time it is connected to an effect pedal thru the expression pedal output and switch to either volume or expression ?

    Considering both are connected at the same time, if I will press to change my effect using the expression, the volume will also change. I don't want that.

     

    I've sent attached, the scheme I want to use. The tremolo has an exp input, so I can control the intensity.

    I can't seem to contact Behringer directly. Does anybody have a phone number for tech-support in the United States? I have an 8 channel Behringer X air mix or connected to our turbo sound 2000 inspire unit and my volume is always very limited. I have a gig coming up and this is a major concern. I cannot seem to get tech-support from anyone. Can anyone help me by giving me a phone number to someone who can help figure out what's going on? Thank you in advance.

    My Perform V will not accept Beamed Presets. I tried a reboot but still does not except beam signal. 

    Anyone had sucess in dealing with this?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Beegaboy, here are some tips to try and help with the beaming of presets.

      Ensure your phone volume is not at 100%, this can cause distortion in the beaming tone which can cause the process to fail. We have found having the volume at around 60-80% will work best.
      If you are using a newer iPhone model please experiment with the placement of the phone, we have seen users have a better experience beaming when using the speaker at the top of the phone.

      If these do not help with the issue could you please submit a technical support ticket so we can assist further?

    I have keys playing at different volumes and sensitivities so I think I need new contact strips. I've tried cleaning already which helped but new keys keep failing. Does anyone know if they are available or if another brand is compatable?
