    HI, I use cubase 10.5 Artist and would like the sample rate to default to 44.1 but it is fixed at 48. I can alter it in cubase but I have to do this each time I set up a project. I am colaborating with others and it becomes messy to fix the sample rate when you have been sent audio files with a different sample rate. Help would be appreciated. thanks

    My 3 Behringer keyboards are on warranty repair since April. All are brand new, but all have had the same defect.

    Their phone number 702 800 8290 is never replying, so, the only way to contact them is through email. But now they stopped to even reply to emails.

    So, the only way to get them reply is to file a case, but what's their address?

    5270 Procyon St in Vegas is listed for sale now, so, the only one is left is 901 Grier Dr in Vegas.

    Does anyone know that this is the best address to file a case?

    I am in L.A., CA a different state, so, I will do it through the CA Secretary of State, but the address should be correct for filing a case.

    Please advice.

      Rex Beckett Hi Vlad, have you opened Care cases for these problems? This can be done as follows: At the top of this page, click Support then scroll down and select Service. Make sure that you enter all required (*) data before clicking Submit. The Care team will respond by email.

    I Just purchased a Perform-VK to use along with my keyboard.  I already owned a Perform-V  (non-keyboard version).  Should the tones and effects sound essentially the same on each, especially the beamed presets?

    BTW I was lucky on the beaming preset issue which appears to me a re-occuring  issue here.  I could not beam presets from my iPhone X but was able to find an older iPhone 7 in the desk drawer that I wasn't using anymore.  I downloaded the VK app and it works perfectly on the older version of iPhone.  So I just keep the older phone with my music gear and use it just for beaming the presets from the VK app!

    Just purchased the Perform-VK and really like its features.  But I cannot use the MIDI connection and can only connect with a guitar chord into my Roland VR-09 keyboard.  I would really like to use the MIDI features but don't know what to do at this point to get that done.  Any help here would really be appreciated.  I have successfully updated the firmware and can connect to Voicesupport2.

    BTW I am not too familier with MIDI and don't use a computer in the mix.  I am just plugging the keyboard directly to the Perform-VK with a MIDI cord but from the Youtube videos it looks like you can do that.  It sounds like the MIDI pitch tracking is the preferred method and I would like to try the notes mode.

    My Ultra-DI DI100 does not power my Shure beta 98HC Mic. When turning it on the light under the In/out button. The red light flashes and does not stay on.

      Rex Beckett Hello Ollie, the Shure Beta 98H/C requires phantom power. DI boxes do not usually pass phantom power to their inputs so cannot power condenser mics. Normally these mics would be connected directly to a mixer that would supply the phantom power. The flashing In/Out LED indicates that the DI100 is running from battery power.

      If you explain what equipment you are using, we may be able to suggest other solutions.

      Realistically I want to use my Shure beta mic with a busking battery power amp. I have a Roland mobile cube which has been great and used a cheaper mic with battery pack.

      What do I need to power my mic while busking ?

      Rex Beckett Hi Ollie, yes the DI100 does almost exactly the opposite of what you want. You need a battery-operated phantom power supply. There are a few possibilities. The ART Phantom II Pro is probably the most cost-effective solution.

      Rex Beckett Shure used to supply a battery-operated preamp for this type of mic - model MX1BP. They discontinued it but you may find one in the used market.

    I have a VL3X that needs repair. The form asks for proof of purchase. I bought it several years ago and I dont have the invoice. Are you guys saying that I cant get repair w/o proof of purchase? It's not under warranty so what difference does it make??

      Nigel Turner Hi John, we can definitely try and repair your unit. I would suggest that if you do not have your proof of purchase, then just add a blank file. I understand where you are coming from with regards to why would you need a proof of purchase for a non warranty repair. I will speak to the team who runs the forms and see if there is anything that could be done to improve it. Many thanks

        John John G Thanks for your response, Nigel. But need to ask-I live in San Antonio. Aren't there any authorized repair centers here? Like Guitar Center, Sam Ash or something? I know they sell VL3X's. Maybe even send it to Sweetwater (where I purchased it)? Also, Im a little nervous about your comment, "we can definitely try and repair your unit." (Try) and repair? That doesn't sound too positive

        John John G Oh BTW- Is there a way to do a hard reset on a VL3X without having to go to system maintenance? Because the unit is frozen I cant do anything via system maintenance.

        Nigel Turner I am afraid that this is the only way to perform a hard reset. Do you feel the switch activate in the headphone jack? If it isn't going into maintenance mode on power up, then the sd card could be faulty or just needs reseating.

        Nigel Turner Maybe I used the wrong word but if I said that we would fix the unit for you and it wasn't possible for one reason or another then you would ask why did I say we could fix it when you can't. Until someone takes a look at the unit and identifies the issue, nobody will be able to advise that we can fix it. We will try our utmost to be able to fix the unit. With regards to closest service centres, these are two recommended locations. Please call them to book your unit in. Please do not ship the unit without calling.

    Hello Tribers-

    Anybody out here in BugeraVille have a problem with the FSB104 footswitch. It is the footswitch for the 333XL Infinium Amp model.

    The pins do not line up in accodance to plug at back of amp.

      Rex Beckett Hello Rod, it looks to me that the plug has been damaged. It should have five pins and a plastic guide (see attached). I suggest that you contact your supplier.
