Hello, i have a problem from factory with my umc22. I created a ticket for warranty but no response at all for now. I wanted to know how was your experience with behringer costumer service and technical support cause mine was really bad. i don't live in the USA but I bought the usb interface in an authorized reseller and i talked to them and their willing to help me with my case and even contact Behringer themselves. I'm talking about not only my passion here, but my job and my only income at this moment. I can't work with a faulty interface that's been like that since using it for the first time. I tested it with other computers and the problems persist. Do you know if Behringer will be willing to help me with this? Cause i need a new one which actually works from the moment i get it. The warranty for my product is supposed to be of 3 years, so i'm covered. I never touched it, opened it, nothing. It didn't even drop down or got hit once since i got it, never. But the noise, the crackling with the volume knob and the fact that sometimes I have to reconnect it for it to actually turn on is driving me crazy. And don't let me start with the driver topic. Asio4All for me at least is not good, but it's the only option they give, it's crazy they don't give their costumers proper dedicated drivers. So that's it, this problem is bothering me for a long time and Behringer doesn't help at all at least till now. Please, tell me your experiences with the costumer service so I know if there's a chance of getting the unit replaced. Thank you and have a nice day y'all!

I just received a Xenyx 1222USB mixer and the LED next to the TAP button for FX is blinking. I have tried pressing it many times but cannot get it to stop blinking.
