    Hi Guys

    I wanted to know the best settings to use on my Sub'n'Up pedal to get as close as possible to emulating the Bass guitar sound on tracks such as Jet Harris' Besame Mucho or Diamonds which are instrumental hits from the 1960's.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Can I use the pedal as a volume pedal at the same time it is connected to an effect pedal thru the expression pedal output and switch to either volume or expression ?

    Considering both are connected at the same time, if I will press to change my effect using the expression, the volume will also change. I don't want that.

     

    I've sent attached, the scheme I want to use. The tremolo has an exp input, so I can control the intensity.

      DavidKnighton Hello cautrindade62,
      I don't believe the pedal is switchable like you want/need it to be. The volume adjustment passes through the pedal and a built-in potentiometer that is controlled through the motion of the pedal. There's no way to bypass this in favor of EXP output.

    I can't seem to contact Behringer directly. Does anybody have a phone number for tech-support in the United States? I have an 8 channel Behringer X air mix or connected to our turbo sound 2000 inspire unit and my volume is always very limited. I have a gig coming up and this is a major concern. I cannot seem to get tech-support from anyone. Can anyone help me by giving me a phone number to someone who can help figure out what's going on? Thank you in advance.

    My Perform V will not accept Beamed Presets. I tried a reboot but still does not except beam signal. 

    Anyone had sucess in dealing with this?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Beegaboy, here are some tips to try and help with the beaming of presets.

      Ensure your phone volume is not at 100%, this can cause distortion in the beaming tone which can cause the process to fail. We have found having the volume at around 60-80% will work best.
      If you are using a newer iPhone model please experiment with the placement of the phone, we have seen users have a better experience beaming when using the speaker at the top of the phone.

      If these do not help with the issue could you please submit a technical support ticket so we can assist further?

    I have keys playing at different volumes and sensitivities so I think I need new contact strips. I've tried cleaning already which helped but new keys keep failing. Does anyone know if they are available or if another brand is compatable?

    tried the midi ins and outs, and the trs cable in clocks, but just can't get them to synch.  Im new at MIDI and know it's something I'm doing wrong but can't get anywhere.  Knowledgeable Behringer users help!  What am I doing wrong?

      You may need to open the Synth Tribe tool on a computer and interface with the devices to check the sync settings if applicable.

    I use the Ditto Jam x2 looper in live performance. The performance depends essentially on its Beat Sense mode. I do not use or want the other modes (Practice mode and Classic mode). 

    The problem I'm having is that the pedal can get into one of the other modes and I have a VERY hard time returning it to Beat Sense mode.  I have read the manual and practiced cycling between modes without much success. Very frustrating. 

    Does anyone else have this problem? WHat solutions have you found? thanks

    Hi all,

     

    I've recently come into possession of a Behringer CDP1000 electric piano keyboard. Everything works as it should EXCEPT that it did not come with the cable from the pedals to the main unit. Would anyone know how/where to get one? Thanks!

      Nigel67 Hi Andrew. This is quite an old product. I am unsure if we would still have the cable, but the best people to ask would be the Spares Team. To contact them, click on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Spares tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with availability and pricing. If they do not have stock, then they may be able to tell you the type of cable you need and you could get one made up.

    About a month a go i bought a ditto looper , and it has already stopped working. it records the loop and plays it back but while i am recording it cuts the signal and i cant hear what i am playing.  this is extremely frustrating as i recently paid time for a space to record and the loop was going to be an integral part of my set up and sound. ive wasted alot of money because of this ?

      Nigel67 Hi Jeremy, I am sorry to hear of your issue. If your unit is 30 days or less old, please contact the shop that you purchased it from and ask for a DOA replacement. Even if it is a couple of days over, it may be worth contacting them and seeing if they will exchange it. If over 30 days, then it will have to come in for repair. To do this you will need to send in a ticket to our Service Department. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you.

    Example:

    I'm using Pro Tools.  All is good with 404.

    I close PT.

     

    I open ZOOM to start a meeting.  Zoom does not "connect" to 404.

    Or I open Itunes.    No Audio.  Itunes does not connect to 404.

     

    Every time I switch programs (Itunes, Adobe Premiere, PT, Zoom) that I'm using.... I have to re-boot my computer.

    Then if I open zoom (or other program) the 404 works.

     

    Then if I try to go to another audio-using software (Itunes).... there's no audio.  I have to re-boot again.

    Help?
