    Hello, I edited the "Folsom Blues" scene to suit and I want to move it to my presets in an empty slot. Using the store button I thought I could assign it to a number. But the number 31 won't change. Does anyone know how to move this?

    I have a Bugera 333xl Infinium head amp and i want to know if there is any control switcher/looper like harley benton flx 8 for example that allows to change between the 3 amp channels

      KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? I've just gone through the registration process and was able to select a date. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and try using a different browser all together.

    Hello, I've picked up the Brainwaves pedal and I've been loving it, but one thing that could make the experience perfect is some information about how it can be used to its fullest potential. So I have 2 questions:

    1. What do the knobs and switches do in Detune mode?

    2. Could someone explain what can be tweaked with Mash in the tone print editor? There's so many options in the drop down list and no explanation what they do.

     

    Can anyone also give some ideas to what it can be used for? I saw a tone print about using it as a wah but I've no idea how that came to be. Thanks!

    1st, does the 6-way footswitch even work with the Voice Live 3 Extreme?

    If it does as I was told it works with the VL3X; how do you activate it?

    I bought an interface (Behringer UM2) but I can't use it with Ardour. I use Linux Ubuntu and I've already tried to use it with the JACK and without it too, but Ardour can't load the sessions with the JACK running... It's the first time I use something like that, so apologize my ignorance!!

    I have TC Helicon Play Acoustic for over 2 years now. Worked well. Just in the last couple of weeks the unit suddenly stop working. It starts fine. But after 1 minute or so, it suddenly FREEZE: buttons and knobs not working, sound input-output stop. I tried to do hard RESET of the unit. Same problem happens after a couple of minutes. I have tried to re-install update firmware, same result.
    Please, anyone has solution to this kind of problem? Any suggestions is much appreciated. Thank you.

      Nigel67 Hi, unfortunately it is impossible to identify the issue without a technician looking at the unit. You have done the two things that we would suggest which is a factory reset and reprograming the unit. It could be something as simple as a bad psu, but until we can physically look at the unit, it is impossible to say. I can only advise that you send it in to us for repair. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you.

    Need to replace the internal knob on a TC Helicon Play Acoustic (Pic Attached.) Will likely have to solder on a whole new knob (I think?) Anyone done something like this before? Maybe possibly know a part number? Got any suggestions? Thank you!

    I had purchased this Harmony Singer new a few years ago, like new cosmedically, kept in origional box, all of a sudden the tone button will not shut off, the green power button only lights when powered up, after main footswitch is pressed, the green power shuts off, I believe the tone button is causing odd sound when testing with a mike, sounds like off in a distance hollow like.item number 996361005
