    I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with The Better Business Bureau against Music Tribe.

    Case Escalation | CAS-149861-F7V8G8

    I ordered what turned out to be a defective IP300 with you through ebay. It took months of forms, documenting videos of the defect, multiple emails to Alexander Lane and Musician Specialist Chad Saylor, and forum posts right here before I was given a "repair number". I then had to drive this massive unit over 2 and a half hours to a repair facility in Irvine CA, only to be told they were backed up for months, and that Music Tribe had left them with several of these units and that they were baffled by Music Tribe's lack of communication as well.

    Many emails, calls, and forum posts later, I finally got the unit sent to the "Las Vegas Repair Facility", and a couple of weeks later it was delivered to me, and I unboxed it to find the subwoofer literally beat up, all four corners damaged. It proved functional... for two shows, then, no sound.

    I have been fired from two venues as a result of the unit failing twice in mid-performance, and have lost thousands of dollars in wages as a result of cancelled gigs due to not having a functional PA, because of this endless bureaucratic nonsense and completely shoddy repair work.

    Now, multiple emails & forum posts later, and I have received NO RESPONSE from Music Tribe.

    This has been a devastating & disheartening experience with Music Tribe.

    I should not have to go through this horrible repair process anymore, for what is obviously a completely defective IP3000. The only way this gets resolved at this point is sending me a new IP3000 and a massive apology. As for the lost wages, stress, and embarrassment I've been put through... well, there it is. 

    I would appreciate being contacted in person at this point. Not holding my breath, but do the right thing.

    On YouTube, I saw Scott Bynoe explain how to connect a Sentry using 4 cables in an effects loop. Here you can see his method in my diagram (A) and an alternative way (B) Why is A, better than B, and/or what am I missing?

    Heureux possesseur d'un FCB1010, d'une GODIN (pour piloter mes synthés virtuels (Arturia) et d'un DAW "Studio One Pro 5.

    Quand j'appuie sur le switch "1" du FCB1010, je souhaiteai en plus d'activer "l'écoute" de ma piste sur mon DAW, ouvrir l'éditeur d'instrument. Pour résumer, un appuie sur une pédale du FCB1010, m'ouvre 2 fonctions sur mon DAW. Comment faire ?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Fabriziodipaola1, I am sorry to hear about this issue. As advised on your post on Software Licenses If you have not yet done so could you please check your spam/junk email folder? Sometimes the Activation Code email will be routed to here.
      If the Activation Code is not in your spam/junk can you please provide submit a technical support ticket with a screenshot of the order and your iLok ID, and I can then manually generate this for you. To do this please go to support at the top of the page and click on the relevant tab, with regards to serial number please enter N/A.

    Hello Everone, 

     

    I'm looking for a small mic looper that has midi clock. In my band we're currently using the Ditto X4 as a vocal looper, because we're synching it to an Mpc. But since the Ditto X4 is made for instruments, we're struggeling with very low output and a lot of buzz noises. 

    Sadly the mic looper doesn't have midi, but does anyone know if it's possible to build in midi clock yourself?

    Hi! I bought a second hand Voicelive 3 extreme. I tried to restore it to the fabric settings, but I does not pass from the Maintenance settings and stays hours in that display...

      Nigel67 Hi FLOR87. I think that the switch in the headphone jack may be broken and the unit is always entering System Maintenance Mode when you switch it on. You are going to need to check if the switch is broken. As the unit is out of warranty, you could get a local electronic technician to take a look for you and if it is broken a spare part can be ordered from the spares team. Or we can arrange a repair at a local repair centre to you via our Service Department. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service or Spare Parts tabs and submit a ticket. Its also worth putting something pointed into the headphone jack and seeing if the switch is just stuck in and you may be able to loosen it. Hope this helps

    I live in the United States, Riverside, California.

    I bought to the TC Helicon Voice Live 3 5 years ago, it has been working fine, but for some reason it doesn't want to power up...black screen or blue screen.

    Is their a service place I can take it too.. I did not register it, it been a long time.

    This stupid thing just blinks since I did the update. Can't find any info about a factory reset anywhere. I tried three power cycles, no avail. And now my computer doesn't recognize it so I can't reinstall the firmware.
