    Hello

    After installing the Voicelive Software 2 on my Minix Mini PC with Windows 11, and starting it up, it says:
    There is no internet connection...

    After that it closes by itself. It is repeatable.


    Of course there is an internet connection. 

    I am using an Voicelive 3 Extreme and I would like to backup it an all my user settings!
    Otherwise everything is lost, if there is a problem with the Voicelive 3 Extreme.

    Where is the fault?

      Hello Nic.
      For me it is a bad solution that the start of the software is made mandatory dependent on a connection to the TC Helicon server.
      We should be able to start the software and at least without a connection to the server, save and write back your settings and setups.
      And in case we would need a connection to the server for something specific, it should be possible to connect the software to the TC Helicon server, but in no case before, and certainly not artificially forced when starting the software!

    I have a Turbosound ip2000 that I have been using for the last six years in my shows and recently it stopped working. I have taken it to a repair place in my area, but nobody seems to be able to work on it. Can someone direct me to a repair shop that can fix it? I live in Raleigh NC. Thanks!

Unfortunately, if the repair centre that you took it to has opened the speaker and tried to repair it, then the warranty will be voided. To find the Authorised Turbosound Repair Centre closest to you, please go to this link (https://www.turbosound.com/buy.html?type=POS) and choose one in the Country which you reside. If there isn't one, please contact our Super Partner for the Country in which you reside (https://www.turbosound.com/buy.html?type=STORE). If the repair shop that you took the speaker to didn't work on it, then please open a Technical Support ticket and we will be able to help you further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket.     problem with Midas stage box. the mute all automatically goes off and on my DL32. Please how do I fix this

      Nigel67 Hi Dukegwary1284. The Mute All button will automatically switch off as soon as the DL32 syncs with the Mixer. The only way to Mute all the inputs is to press the Mute All button again. The QSG advises that MUTE ALL button mutes all inputs for safely connecting and disconnecting cables while the PA system is still on. Keep the button depressed while patching cables on XLR inputs 1-32. The button’s red light will turn off shortly after releasing it, indicating that the inputs are now active again. https://mediadl.musictribe.com/media/PLM/data/docs/P0BMD/QSG_MI_P0BMD_DL32_WW.pdf If the Mute LED is switching on and off without someone pressing it, then this is indicating a bad connection between the DL32 and the console. Try a different CAT5E STP cable (which from the picture your cable isn't and could be causing an issue), try plugging into the AES50 B port on the console and if that doesn't work, I would advise sending in a Tech Support ticket and we will be able to help your further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket.

    Hello everyone..

    Im in desperate need of help.. i have the ditto mike looper which has a fault.

    The pedal itself works fine if the switches on the box itself are used by foot/ hand... when i use my mp75 mic it will not operate the looper at all.  It is ( not )  the mic or the lead as i have plugged them into my friends identical ditto looper and they work fine..  i have also done the sequences of pressing the switches when powering up or in the other reverse way but still nothing..

    If anyone can help i will be very  grearfull.

    Hello to all.

    I am trying to connect a "M-Vave Chocolate" midi footswitch to Ableton Live.  In the "Link Tempo Midi" window of Ableton, there are lots of options to choose from, and I do not know what to do.....!

    Could anyone help please?

    For ease, I attach a picture of the M-Vave Chocolate" footswitch, and a picture of the "Link Tempo Midi" window on Ableton.

    I've recently started using a Beat Buddy midi sync with my VLX3 on stage.  I've followed what instructions I've been able to find relating to midi sync and looping in Quantized.  75% of the time it's pretty seemless and works very well.  I utiize a switch 6 pedal on stage and have the first three buttons mapped to LRecPlay, LStopErase, and Erase all; buttons 4-6 are guitar related.  

    When the looping function seems to have a hiccup; I've noticed the display screen flashes Q Rec A; then REC A.  This causes an issue with the timing of the loop.  I can't find anywhere what Q Rec A means.  It seems to put a short pause in the beginning of the loop, which throws the timing of the loop completely off.  Any help is much appreciated.
