    Hi, im trying to master a track usually everything is fine but now im lacking some knowledge basically my problem is i have my track sounding ok through my monitors earphones and other test speakers but when i play the track in my car one of the parts is too loud compared to the rest of the track , how do i turn it down a little without turning it down on the others, am i missing a compression trick ?

      Nigel67 Hi Anishrai. Confirm that your power plug is fully inserted into its mating socket on the back of the desk. It is quite a tight fit. Also check another mains socket. If it is, then as the unit is under 30 days old, you should contact the reseller that you purchased the unit from and ask for a DOA replacement.

    Trying to connect flow8 to android Samsung galaxy tablet and ask for a pin code and Behringer dont show such a thing Help !!!

      RexBeckett Hi wrp621, which Bluetooth connection are you trying to connect from the Flow 8? Both the audio and control connections should pair automatically when instructed through the Flow 8 Bluetooth menu. It should not be necessary to use the normal Bluetooth pairing function on your tablet.

    Hi I have a UMC404HD interface and when installing the driver on my windows laptop, I click finish and get the message to disconnect and reconnect the device. I have done this 30 times and nothing has happened. I don't know what else to do.

      KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. Have you tested it out with different USB Cables, ports or on a different computer? When you plug in the unit, do any lights come on?       Milksy It worked with my buddy’s macbook. I’m on windows, the orange light comes on when I plug it in, and I’ve tried all USB ports

        KyleJohnson Which Driver version are you installing? There are 3 versions available on the website, 2.29, 4.59 and 5.0. I recommend 5.0 but if that is giving you the problem try 4.59 and see if that works.

    Hi!

    My XR18 is not able to keep the connection to my powerbook pro:

    mac OS 11.2.1, Firmware XR 1.17, x-air-edit: 1.5

    It is disconnecting via W-Lan as well as via Ethernet.

    It is mainly disconnecting, when I make some moves in Garageband (on the same labtop)

    Can anybody help me?

    Hello, i have a problem from factory with my umc22. I created a ticket for warranty but no response at all for now. I wanted to know how was your experience with behringer costumer service and technical support cause mine was really bad. i don't live in the USA but I bought the usb interface in an authorized reseller and i talked to them and their willing to help me with my case and even contact Behringer themselves. I'm talking about not only my passion here, but my job and my only income at this moment. I can't work with a faulty interface that's been like that since using it for the first time. I tested it with other computers and the problems persist. Do you know if Behringer will be willing to help me with this? Cause i need a new one which actually works from the moment i get it. The warranty for my product is supposed to be of 3 years, so i'm covered. I never touched it, opened it, nothing. It didn't even drop down or got hit once since i got it, never. But the noise, the crackling with the volume knob and the fact that sometimes I have to reconnect it for it to actually turn on is driving me crazy. And don't let me start with the driver topic. Asio4All for me at least is not good, but it's the only option they give, it's crazy they don't give their costumers proper dedicated drivers. So that's it, this problem is bothering me for a long time and Behringer doesn't help at all at least till now. Please, tell me your experiences with the costumer service so I know if there's a chance of getting the unit replaced. Thank you and have a nice day y'all!

      Joeljohn1992 hello alen, i hav not contacted behringer customer service nor technical team as i use headphone amp and patchbay from behringer. however the noise that comes while turning the pre amp knob is common in starting range audio interfaces.i have a native instrument komplete audio 6 and that too bring up the crackling noise however it does not remain once pre amp is fixed to a particular level . UAD,RME have really good pre amps that is by far the best i have experienced.also asio4all is universal driver from windows and all driver compatible with windows are being connected through Asio4All drivers.

      alenramos Thanks for the reply, Joel. The problem is i didn’t spend money on a device for it to have noise problems even if it is of a low range price. And the thing about not turning on sometime when i connect it to USB 2.0 as it’s stated by Behringer is not acceptable. I hope Behringer gives me a solution or i’ll have to take more actions.       Nigel67 Hi alenramos, can you tell me the case number that you were given please when you submitted your ticket. You would have received an auto reply with the number on. The Behringer warranty is one year as standard, and then depending on the country in which you reside it is possible to register for 3 years if within 90 days of purchase. i am sorry that your UMC22 is not working correctly straight out of the box, and if that is the case you are able to claim a DOA replacement from the reseller if it is still within 30 days of purchase. If you let me know the ticket number then I can get it answered. Many thanks

        alenramos Hello Nigel, thanks for your reply. I bought it in the states in an authorized reseller. The ticket numbrer is CAS-426885-Y7D7V4. There you can find the proof of purchase and the email from the reseller supporting my case. Thanks.
