I recently bought a goxlr mini and it works pretty well, i love it.
But from time to time when I hit my desk, it crashes and all sound just dissappears - also the app crashes. Sounds redicilous, i know, I cant help myself.

Its not like I hit or kick my desk, its more like putting a cup of coffe on it as normal persons do. Do you have any idea what is wrong with my goxlr or what I can do to prevent it?

    Have a nice day

Nigel67 Hi aexitus. The unit should not behave in this manner no matter how much it is vibrated. You mentioned that you recently purchased it. If it is still within 30 days of purchase, then you can contact the shop that you purchased the unit from and ask for a DOA replacement. If over 30 days, please fill in a Service Ticket and a warranty / non warranty repair can be arranged. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you. Many thanks

Hi, I am very new to recording. Recently I got myself a behringer xenyx q802usb and when come to setup, I got a few issues.

    • Hissing sound during playback

When I playback the record, there a hissing sound all over on the sound. I tried noise reduction in the app but still there's a hissing sound is too loud and it effects the sound I want.

I lowered the microphone levels and it's seem worked a little but there's still a lots of others hissing sound like electricity and it's effected the sound I want. (No hissing sound heard when recording)

Any suggestions how to fix it? (I have confirmed it is not surrounding noise)

    • Outputs

When I play songs or YouTube through the mixer, I noticed that I could only hear the background songs. The vocal and human sound are extremely small or totally missing. I put up the gain, it works a little but at the same time the noise are also been turn up.(Checked the connecting cables, not the issue)

Can I play mp3s or videos from my laptop directly to the MR18 via wifi, or do I have to have a hardwire connection to the mixer?

RexBeckett Hi darylmount, the network connection (Wifi or wired) does not support audio transfer. You will need to use the USB connection or analogue cables to play music from the laptop to the MR18.

Anyone happen to know if there's some kind of editor software for this fx - unit ?

I mean, I'd like to operate the unit over MIDI - from a PC .

I was careless in transporting my beloved Triple C and somehow, lost the inner system knob.  Please tell me I can order a new one...

X32 firmware update with version 4.06 has caused numerous issues.

    1) Firmware update "fail" with 4.06 - despite many attempts, usb sticks, etc

    2) Console boot up "fail" because apparently firmware 4.06 is now on the system but still "fail"

    3) Holding "view" button whilst starting does not help (back to 2)

    4) Holding "scenes undo' button whilst starting does not help

This is a common problem that Behringher should own and at least provide some help page on - C'mon Behringer!

Anyone else out here that knows an answer!?

KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. I'd try updating to a different firmware. If you click on Downloads, then search X32 and click Show All Versions you should find a V3.x firmware. Load that onto your USB stick (only that, use a blank USB) and insert it in the console with the power off, then hold down VIEW while powering back on. If that gets the console to boot to V3, then try the update to V4 again.

What is a good starter mixer to use for my stream with a PS4 and Steelseries Artctis Pro Wireless headset? I want to hear all my stream alerts, game audio/chat in my headset.

    Hey there

New to this mixer and tried a million I/O settings but can't get the monitor speakers to output.

Nigel67 Hi tinamorris. Just to confirm your settings, as default the headphone outputs are set up for the monitor outputs. The monitor routing can be set up in the In/Out page and then the Main Out tab. You are then able to select the Main or Phones outputs to be the Monitor outs. Once you have set up where the outputs are coming from, you need to go into the Setup page and the Monitor tab. As default the Monitor Source is set up as LR AFL, so whatever is coming out of the Main outputs, you should also hear on the Monitor outputs. The Solo's are set to PFL, so if you Solo an input channel, you should hear that input channels audio on your Monitor outputs and bringing the input fader down should not affect the audio output. Also, on the Monitor page, make sure that the Monitor Level gain is still set to unity. If you are still getting no output from the output assigned to Monitors, please send in a Technical Support ticket and we will be able to help further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket. Many thanks
