I use the AUX to play backing tracts from a laptop in order to use the harmony preset effects. But, I don't want the backing tracks to go out with my vocals. How can I mute the AUX on output?

    Thanks for any help.

Nigel67 Hi shivanandb. Please submit a Technical Support ticket and the Technical team will be able to help you further. When submitting your ticket, please submit more information on what signals are coming into the mixer and from where and what audio do you want to be sending back into the computer via the USB. What are you using the ALT3-4 for? I see that you have the USB / 2-TR To Main pressed which means that you are sending audio from the computer to the mixer. If you are hoping to mix this audio with the audio being mixed on the mixer and then send it back to the computer, this is not possible, as this could cause feedback issues. The audio from the computer down the USB is mixed in post the USB send from the mixer to the computer. You will only hear it on the Main Output connectors on the rear of the console. If you wanted to hear that audio as well, then you would have to feed it into an input. To submit a Technical ticket, click on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket. Many thanks

    Hi Folks!

I am new to operating a mixing board! I am lucky to have an opportunity to use the X32-Mix as my first. It's a small setup in a church sanctuary. We have an s16 digital snake that does amazing stuff. My issue is my talkback system.

i ran some talkback mic for the band so that we may converse during performances. I cannot seem to set them up to not transmit through the FOH speakers. I just want them to be heard over the iem system. They are plugged in to the s16 and are on channels 21 to 23 on the board. Hopefully this is enough info for someone to help me with. Any input is appreciated. Thanks! Barry

KyleJohnson Hello, it sounds like you just need to remove those channels from the Main LR. You can select each channel and then look at the LR light on the board, if it's lit up then the channel is assigned to the Mains. You can also select the channel and then open the HOME>MAIN menu and see if the LR light is lit up there.

Hey Kyle! Thanks for replying. I did see that but couldn’t figure out how to unselect it. I will try it again when I get set up for Sunday. I will post the results afterwards

Nigel67 Nice. Great set of clear and precise instructions. May come in very useful in the future. Thankyou. Not so sure about the footwear, I am more of a Star Wars sock type of person. :) All the best

So I've finally got my waves server and dn32-wsg card up and running and everything is distorted. I've heard this is an issue with the latest firmware. Anyone know where I can get a legacy firmware of 4.02 please?

Nigel67 Hi JHAYWARD86. You can get hold of a copy of 4.02 by going to the downloads page (https://www.behringer.com/downloads.html) and select the console type in the Product Tab. You will then see the latest firmware download. If you click on the Show All Versions button, the page will then reveal all previous versions of firmware and you will be able to download V4.02.

Hello I have a looper 2x and an x2 jam, both of them have flipped out on stage in the middle of a gig.. I have read that it is an ampage issue, so I have bought the proper power supply for it. My question is how do I reset the pedal now to its factory setting... so it can stop glitching?

Nigel67 Hi madtoro5. To reset both units, hold the loop switch down for 13 seconds. The Loop LED will blink orange and then red when the operation is complete. Note that this will erase all existing data from the two units.

Nigel67 Hi ChopTLCF. You haven't mentioned which Midas console you have. If it is the M32 Series, then this could possibly be the micro sd card has become unseated slightly in its holder, or possibly the contacts on it or the holder may have oxidised. Was it humid the last time you used the console and did you put a cover on straight away by any chance? When was the last time the console was serviced? I am afraid that there isn't much you can do by leaving the console powered on, you are going to have to turn it off and back on eventually. I would suggest sending in a Technical Ticket and we will be able to advise further and will have all your details for when you do repower the console and may need assistance. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket.

I have an iMac runing Qlabs for sound and projections.  What is the best way to get the audio out to a Behringer x32.  The iMac is physically located near our S16's not near the x32.

    Thanks

      DavidKnighton Hello roadrash96,
Best case scenario would be to use a DN9630. This is basically an AES50/USB3 interface that can transfer 48x48 channels from your Mac. Another option would be to use an interface to output the needed channels at the stagebox inputs. Ideally, if the Mac and mixer were near each other, you could simply use the built in USB card on the mixer, presuming it's not fitted with something other than.
