    Whenever I start goXLR, it tries to check for updates.  Takes a long time and comes back with unable to connect referencing a 404 message.  Checked.  My software is up to date.

    How can I change it so that it connects?

    Hello

    I want to use The GoXLR as a unit to get my mic in, but how do I connect this to my audio interface (used for Ableton) (interface = Steinberg UR28M but could be another one).

      WilliamR Hello Alex, William from musictribe here. The Goxlr is an interface itself and will not work as a standalone mixer. It needs to run with the goxlr app to route the signal properly. You can use the go xlr itself to record into your DAW. You need to set up the routing properly within the go XLR app to record in your DAW.     Hallo ich suche verzweifelt einen Weg Backingtracks per Midi zu starten. Ich benutze das tc helicon voicelive 3 extrem. 

    Auch wenn ich den Start auf ein Taste lege, die sonst über Midi steuerbar ist, verliert diese Taste ihre Midi Fähigkeit. 

    Meine Host App ist songbook+ auf dem iPad. 

     

    Hello I am desperately looking for a way to start backing tracks via midi. I use the tc helicon voicelive 3 extreme.

    Even if I put the "start" on a key that is otherwise controllable via midi, this button loses its midi capability.

    My host app is songbook+ on the iPad.

    Hi, still using my Electric Play but my unit suddenly stopped recognizing the foot switch. I checked the programming-all good and I swapped out the foot switch with one I know is working. Changed cables. Nothing. Hated to do it but I even did a factory reset and re-programmed everything. Nothing. It won't recognize the foot switch. Any ideas?

    Hello, i have a Tc-Helicon Voice Prism Plus that is having an issue it has been stored for a good many years and when i turn it on it has power but the splash screen never changes from the intro message none of the knobs or effects work either, does anyone here no how to fix this issue or do the even still support or service this unit i have read about others that have the same issue with this same model, Is there a factory restore for this unit any ideas or advice would be apreciated

    Hi

    Does anyone know of a way to create custom genres on the Play Acoustic? The VoiceSupport 2 software doesn't seem to allow this.

    I want to be able to create a group of presets that will be associated with a song - much in the same way that Favourites operates but with more banks. Favourites bank 1. Favourites bank 2. Favourites bank 3 and so on but with custom names.

    It would be an easy way to group presets for songs in a set list.

    The other way is to copy presets to different positions in the memory - that works fine but means I have to remember which slot number each song starts at. Piece of paper with a list is easy to make as a reminder of course :-)

      kiskadar69 You can't create new genres, but there is a workaround. IMHO with TC-Helicon VoiceSupport 2, you can add and remove presets to existing genres.

      Ok, thanks for the help. I thought about using the existing genres and just have a list of genre x=song y but there aren't enough genres. We do sets of up to 3 hours with 25-30 songs.

    I have used this product for years owned three, sorry to hear that this unit has been disconituned. they last me about 3 to 4 years as I perform mostly outside in a humid sea climate 100 shows a season. what happens is when the Harmony button is engaged it effects the guitar sound (Chorus like) also I have noticed recently that I am getting high pitch squeal/feedback when using the harmonies. My levels are all good. anyway to service this or is the unit going south?

    A guy in my band has one of these but he lost the power supply for it.  Is it possible to buy a replacement, or does anyone know if there is a 3rd party power supply that will work?  I can't even find any specs on the power requirements!!

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi ta2112, the originally supplied power supply for the VoiceSolo FX150 is of the following ratings:

      42.5V, 1.5A with a center-positive polarity.

    I have a TC Helicon Voicelive play unit that seems to have a short in the footswitch. i need it fixed as soon as possible be fore my next gig,

      Nigel67 Hi Tony, please send us a Service Ticket and we will raise an RMA for repair. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you. If it is urgent I would suggest calling the Repair Centre that they tell you to send the unit to and ask if they can turn it around quickly for you.

    Does anybody using the VL3X for recording in studio? I am using this to record my vocals output to Logic for post processing. Wondering if you guys can share your settings or workflow for recording. Thanks
