    I have a GoXLR Mini and When I turn on my PC my audio does not come to my headphones for a solid 30 minutes and intermittently cuts in and out when it does come back. Does anyone have an Idea why this is happening? I tried reinstalling the software and the issue persists.

    Everytime, when I start my Computer, I have to reconfigure the "Mic Setup"-settings. I'm using a condenser-microphone with 48V, but after every restart, it changes to "Dynamic"

    I recently pulled out my voice live one to practice for a live gig. It's been about ten years since last used it. It fired up and the digital display is working properly but I'm not getting any output or signal. I've tried it on a PA system, amplifier and even garage band. All of these worked before but maybe my set up is wrong since it has been ten years. Mic goes into xlr input and the xlr out is what goes into the amp or daw interface and guitar can run through the guitar input right?  am missing a step or plugging into the wrong place?

      1. When you sing into the microphone, does the LED on the front panel flash green? If not, try adjusting the Input Level Control pot on the side (there's a "mic" picture next to it).
      2. If you have a condenser mic, you'll need to turn on the phantom power in VoiceLive Touch.
      3. Do you hear any signal at the TRS OUT L and R connectors?

      You can return all setup, preset and Favorite values to factory values in one reset operation.This cannot be undone. To reset all:
      4.1. Power up
      4.2. When the version number is shown in the display hold the Bass, Low and the top Octave harmony voicing buttons until you see “Factory Init”.
      4.3. Release.

      5. "it’s not even picking up the guitar": if you plug the guitar into GUITAR IN, is GUITAR THRU completely silent?

      6. Are you using the correct power supply (12VDC, center negative, minimum 1A)?

    I recently switched from go xlr mini to the big one and the app won't work with the big go xlr, it still shows the mini in the viewer, and it says 'go xlr mini isn't connected' but the go xlr is connected. I've tried uninstalling and restarting my computer I've done it a bunch of times but I'm getting no further and now I'm stuck with a £400 mic not working.

    in my voicelive play, my firmware version is: 1.5.00 B74. when I check on voicesupport2 software, firmware update on 1.4.00 build 70. should I downgrade?

      kiskadar69 If you have the blue VoiceLive Play effect and the current v1.5.00 Build 74 works properly (e.g. no guitar effect settings), I don't think you should downgrade.

    I'm from Spain and I'm user of a voiceplay touch 2 sice 4 years, always very happy with all his options. Since the last week, when I plug in the machine, it doesn't turn on. It has always done it automatically and now it doesn't react. What can I do?

    When using discord I have to leave my microphone setup open in go xlr for discord to recognize my mic. If I press ok to go back to let's say the routing or mixer then discord immediately stops recognizing my microphone.

    Hi,

    Hoping for some help or guidance on this.

    I've had the VK for probably 2 years.  When I first got it, I set up channel 3 to receive midi and this has work great all this time. I set Program changes and CC# all on this channel including note data for harmonies.

    Today I had to reset the unit to factory defaults. Now when I try to set to Channel 3, I am getting multiple channels setting to receive midi instead of just channel 3.  I have tried many different ways of only sending data/note/s from keyboard (Novation Launchkey mini), via Roland UMone, then through cakewalk to set the channel to send on. No matter what I do, multiple channels are setting. I have followed the manual instructions. From Cakewalk, I solo channel 3, hold down set while pressing notes on the keyboard. I've tried short holds all the way to very long holds. If I aim to set channel 3, channels 3 to 11 are now receiving midi data. If I try to just set channel 16, then I get: 16 plus 1 to 7.

    Am I missing something simple. It has been sometime since I first set this up. I have read over and over the manual but to no avail.

      kiskadar69 I think this is because the "8 channel natural" (8 spaced rainbow dots) or "8 channel tight" (8 closed rainbow dots) harmony setting is selected. Choose another harmony setting. See page 6 ("Editing Effects") of the "TC-Helicon Perform-VK User Manual".

    I've had this device about 5 years & has been perfect for me. But the headphone connection has stopped working. I have tried the headphones in other devices & they are working. I've checked the mic too & that's not the problem either. I did a factory reset of my box but still the same problem. Is there any easy fix as I have a gig this weekend?

      PedroRodrigues Hi deeb168, thank you for your post, please ponder that here are 3 settings for the OUTPUT
      1 . STEREO – XLR outputs receive a stereo mix of all voices and other Inputs .
      2 . MONO – A MONO full-mix signal is on the LEFT and a DRY vocal is on the RIGHT .
      Any Tone and Pitch Cor Amt settings from the Setup menu are included on the RIGHT DRY channel .
      3 . DUAL MONO - A MONO effected voice signal (all voices) is on the LEFT and AUX is on the RIGHT.
      This is great for sending music to one channel of a PA and Vocals to another, especially in a Karaoke situation.
      Vocal Cancel – Attempts to remove the vocals from a piece of music .

      There are two settings:

      1 . OFF – No processing is performed on the aux input .
      2 . ON – Processing occurs to attempt to remove lead vocals from a piece of music .

      This process can create “Karaoke” style music for you to sing along to, including key information for harmony generation.

      The processing capability can vary quite a bit from song to song, depend- ing on the way the song was originally mixed .

      Lead Mute – Mutes the Lead vocal and only outputs processed signals .

      There are two settings:

      1 . OFF – Lead vocals are routed to the main mix .
      2 . ON – Lead vocals are removed from the main mix .

      Digital Out Level – Controls the USB output level .

      While singing, press MIX and adjust the HEADPHONE LEVEL until it’s as loud or soft as you like it.

      Headphone Lim – Controls the level at which the headphone output limiter engages.

      Levels closer to 0db allow for louder headphone output levels.

    Hi everyone. 

    Does anyoine knows how to erase at once all imported loops, including the ones already used in the presets' slots, I mean the entire user content?

    I managed to erase the slots individually, within the presets, but not to completly erase the imported loops from the device.

    And I'm still afraid to press Reset to the original settings, afraid of not losing something important that is not user content. Is this the only solution?
