I recent purchased a set of IP 3000 speaker from an individual who bought them from Sweetwater about 3 years ago.  I have a powered subwoofer issue and I need service.  I like to know how to obtain service since I'm not the original owner and not sure if they are registered.

Nigel67 Hi mph2020. We can book them in to a local repair centre to you. Unfortunately the repair will be non warranty as the warranty is non transferrable. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. A colleague will then get back to you with an RMA number and advise the local service centre to you. Many thanks

I created a service ticket for an IP12B Sub-Woofer that will not power on. The ticket number is CAS-449643-F7V9R2 and on April 29 and the status was "pending". On May 11 it has changed to "problem solved"

The frustration is nothing is solved, no email, no contact, no nothing.

I even reached out via Turbosounds general contact page with this same info. It is as if nobody actually works at Turbosound.

No phone numbers and no response from anyone.

Hopefully someone will see this and get back to me:)

my contact eMail is [email protected]

    Thank You

KyleJohnson Hello, Kyle here with Music Tribe. It looks like an email was sent to you on April 29th requesting information. It's possible this ended up in your spam folder, please double check. Meanwhile, I will have the team send out the email again.

I am trying to find firmware for the LMS-D6

I have two units - one reports software v1.10 the other v1.3

I'd like them both to be running the latest firmware.

    Can anyone help?

      NicJonesMT Hi Marcus.
Unfortunately as this is an older unit it appears that the Firmware is no longer on the site.
If you would like you could submit a Technical support ticket and we can look into this, however there is no guarantee that we will be able to provide this.

Dale_M Turbodrive is the turbo version of linear research podware. You can obtain the latest version on the Linear Research website.

Thanks. Yes, I am aware its based on the podware.
I'm still hoping to find a download of the Turbosound Drive software.
I am assuming that Turbos version would come with a mass of pre saved settings for a few of the speaker ranges which is what id like to find .. Unless I am wrong about the pre saved settings in the turboDrive software.

    Hi,

I am browsing through Turbosound catalogue looking for true 3-way speaker (i.e. 1" + 6.5" + 15"). Does Turbosound offer product that would compete with i.e. PRX 635 or ETX-35P?

Nigel67 I have asked a colleague in Solutions to look into this and reply hopefully later today.

      Hi Mateusz,

We do not currently have any three way speakers like this in our catalogue, however if you can inform me a bit about the intended application I am happy to advise on appropriate products from what we do have.

      Best regards,
      Alexander

I have a TFX122M-AN monitor that I returned to Sweetwater for repairs (it had a bad power supply). Sweetwater, which is now the main service point for repairs in the US was very quick about diagnosing the issue, but today sent me this message:

"I have unfortunate news regarding the part we needed to perform this repair. The part is currently back ordered. Turbosound has not been able to provide us with an ETA yet."

We are a live music venue, and that monitor is one of our primary monitors, so having no idea when it might get fixed is not very comforting. What good is a 10 year warranty if you can't get parts? It's not like this is an old speaker, it's been in production for years now.

Don't get me wrong, I love my Turbosound gear and it sounds great and helps us be a better room and all the musicians like how the monitors sound - but the current situation with not being able to tell when new speakers will be available or when parts will be available is just awful. As a user of your equipment, I find this amazingly frustrating and it makes it hard to recommend your products no matter how good they sound.

    If there is anyone from
Turbosound or Music Tribe that would like to help me resolve this issue - feel free to contact me and I will gladly give you specifics on my warranty case.

I understand that the LP100hz setting is the crossover point between the sub and the tops but what is "select the desired crossover frequency *For subwoofer systems 50 hz - 150 hz"? Is that for setting the lowest frequency you want the sub to go?

      DavidKnighton Hello Tele68,
I believe it is the opposite. You will set the sub crossover to the highest desired frequency. If you're using the mated tops, you would set the crossover frequency to the same setting, and the tops will play down to the lowest frequency desired.

Hi! I'm pretty new to this tribe, so maybe you guys can help me out here. My setup is 6x the Berlin 123, 8x the NuQ 118B-AN and I want to configure an array for outside somewhere next month. I tried to set it up in EASE, but there are no GLL files availible for the 118B-AN and the Berlin GLL files do not work in EASE 3. Does somebody has a solution. I want to configer the subs in the right way and I'm not certain about setting up an End-fire setup with the Bandpass Subs.

      DavidKnighton Hello Lubtennapel,
The Berlin files are only licensed for EASE 2. They will not open in any other version of EASE. As for the NuQ118B-AN, we likely never licensed the product for use with EASE because it's not a line array element, rather it's a simple stand alone sub. The Berlin subs are going to be arrayable, and are also going to be a better match with the Berlin tops, so that would be my recommendation.
