Thanks for your time, my Voicelive Touch 2 has the following issues.

I have removed the protective film, updated and tried different power sources as well as having nothing else attached to the unit

    1. wont factory reset, pressing the two buttons during power up yields nothing.

    2. the hit button intermitantly freezes the system and needs to be restarted (see linked vid)

    3. the looper intermitantly starts up and behaves effactly also freezing the system (see linked vid)

This is probably a simple/stupid question.   I am getting confused on how to use the TRS input connectors on the x32 Aux-In (I do understand that using TRS for balanced mono inputs such as in the X32 is different than if it was a TRS stereo input connection).  We are already using the x32 RCA Aux-In 5&6 channel/connectors for a bluetooth receiver.  We are trying to set up to bring in an output from an additional stereo audio source that does not have bluetooth capabilities.  Thus, we need to use the TRS connections on AUX-IN 1-2 or Aux-In 3-4 for this purpose but I am getting confused on which adapters to use.  We have a 1/8" TRS Stereo jack on the audio source and a cable adapter that splits the stereo into separate Red/White mono RCA connectors.  Do I need a TS/RCA adapter or a TRS/RCA adapter on each of the two x32 TRS inputs to connect that cable to the appropriate AUX IN TRS connectors or does it make any difference?

Thanks for your help for an inexperienced sound person.

Paul_Vannatto You need a TS/RCA, since that cable is unbalanced. There is nothing wrong with using TS (unbalanced) cables in the TRS jacks in the X32.

I would like to multitrack record a live musical I'm working to Reaper WITHOUT the audio playing back through the mixer during the show. I will use the tracks later in a teaching environment. I can't find a way to disable or mute the outputs in Reaper, or alternatively I can't find how to disable the inputs in the X32. Is this possible, or am I just dreaming that I've had it configured this way in the past?

Paul_Vannatto In the Routing, Input screen, make sure that none of the banks of 8 (or the Aux In Remap) have card assigned to them.

    Hi,
When I install the drive for the DN9630 my computer see it as a 2 in 2 out device.
    I am using Pro-tools, DN9630 is connected to a X32 mixer.
I am using ASIO4all so that I can use the PC audio hardware for local outputs in the recording room. Computer is running windows10.
    Any help would be appreciated,

Paul_Vannatto Don't use ASIO4ALL. It messes up the DN9630 ASIO drivers.

      • DN9630 driver problem
Dale1 Hi Paul, my problem is that I need a way to combine two audio interfaces. I am in a remote room and need to heard in that room. So I am trying to use either combine the 9630 with a locate USB audio interface or God forbid, the PC audio hardware.

Paul_Vannatto Unfortunately Windows has never allowed using multiple audio interfaces at any one time (Mac and linux will). ASIO4ALL is a WDM kludge at best (always has been and will be) and has a nasty side effect of messing with other audio drivers.

Have you tried the latest DN9630 USB drivers (5.12) found here:

Hi, my flow 8 just arrived and i see when clicking on an EQ band there is an option for "full range" in the top corner of the app. What exactly doe it do as i cant find any explanation on the net.

With the Para EQ it would also be great to see the eq curve being dialled in (width gain freq etc), represented on the eq as a graph.

Other than the above it seems quite straight forward a unit to use and BT range seems to be ok

I'm sure there must be an easy way to do this: How do I switch the main out from the default stereo to mono?

Paul_Vannatto Keep all channel pans to center and only use one of the Main outputs

Does that work for a stereo aux input on 17/18? i would have thought there would only be one side of the stereo getting through.

I had recently aquiried a broken Behringer PMP2000 and submitted a support ticket requesting spare parts availability and a wiring diagram but I've yet to receive a response; the case number is CAS-487036-F7Z4F2. Also, I've read that repairs and technical schematics are restricted even with the FTC ramping up enforcement against such actions. I'm not opposed to filing a complaint and letting this all sort its self out if that is the case.

Is there a possibility to insert a source between 2 existing channels?

Example: I want to add an extra snare mic under the snare, and I want it to be on the channel next to the usual snare mic.

Do I have to manually move all my folowing channels?

I am aware that there is a work-around with the user fader layout, I wonder if it can be done without.

Paul_Vannatto Here is how to do it:
      * Select the layer of the channels you want changed
      * Press the View button (above the layer buttons)
      * Press the Assign icon on the top of the touchscreen
      * Drag the desired channel down to the bottom row where you want it inserted
