    My TC Helicon Play Acoustic is ON with blank blue screen. I tried "Factory Reset", it did not work. I tried to do it using Voice Support 2 app (MacOS), also no success. The app showed pop-up warning that "another app is using the unit". I have searched far and wide throughout my Mac system and there was no single app was using the unit (except Voice Support 2).

    I managed to download the Sysex Librarian as suggested in the article. But, I could not find the firmware: PlayAcoustic 1.0.04 BUILD21 MIDIOX.syx

    I have searched everywhere, with no success. Not even in TC Helicon official site!!! (What a shame, Helicon!!! Why not simplify your whole customers support system?)

    Please, anybody, help me! I need that firmware file to fix my unit.

      PedroRodrigues Hi thisisjust9 please confirm on your computer if you have any MIDI tools ruining and check Google Chrome tools for MIDI devices that may be runing.

        thisisjust9 Dear Pedro, thanks for all the help and suggestions. I managed to solve all the above issues. As for the TC Helicon Play Acoustic unit, I reinstalled firmware: PlayAcoustic 1.0.04 BUILD21 MIDIOX.syx using SysEx Librarian. It didn't work well first time. I repeated it once and decided to complete the process with "factory reset". Somehow, it works! So, thank you very much!

    My dl251 needs service, I submitted a ticket but haven't received a response. Does anyone have a timeframe as to when I will get a response? Is Sweetwater the only authorized repair facity or are there others? I'm in Houston TX.

      tlbreaux99 Good Luck with getting reply in a timely fashion. I have been getting communication on an issue, but went an entire day yesterday with no update or response at all. Customer Service has really deteriorated

    Just purchased the Tc helicon voicelive 3 extreme. There is no amazing grace preset as described in the manual. Anybody got any ideas?

    I have a small room and am recoding drums and am having to un-plug the main monitors so I don't here them  is there a way to mute main monitors. ?   Behringer x18 air

      Paul_Vannatto FYI if you respond to either the notification or the email notification, the response goes into a parallel universe and does not show up in the standard post listings. I finally found your post and the reason why it mutes headphones when you mute the Main LR is because your monitor source (in the Monitors section) is set to LR AFL (after fader level). Change it to LR PFL (pre fader level).

    I am helping my brother in law (he is a musician in Brazil) to find a spare part for his Behringer MIDI Foot Controller FCB1010.

    Does anybody know where I can purchase online Behringer spare parts here in the US?

    He is looking for the P-FCB1010 PCB01 PRINCIPAL 014-08911-85202 (P0089/01) Q05-08901-02760.

    É uma coisa suja que você está esperando há quase um ano por alguns botões miseráveis quando a pessoa diz que tem os botões miseráveis um pequeno problema aparece então a pessoa desaparece e não dá a menor satisfação que é como os clientes de Behringer são tratados não é Colton Schaum nunca nomear e nunca comprar um misero fio que está escrito behringer
