PedroRodrigues Hi, Daniel, please confirm that the Output mix control is turned up. Note that 0dB means “full” not “off”. Check that the Digital In parameter in the I/O tab of the Setup menu is set to either USB Stereo or S/PDIF Stereo.
I would also advise you to to perform a global reset:
      1. Power up the unit.
      2. When the first text is displayed in the LCD window, hold the 4 buttons listed below and continue to hold until the reset prompt is displayed:
      • µMod
      • Delay
      • Reverb
      • Tone
This procedure can take up to 2 minutes.

    Hello,

I'm searching for replacement pole mounts to go into my subs. Does anyone know where I can find some that would fit? I've tried a couple different sizes from On-Stage Stands and neither worked.

I prefer the M20 threads if they might be available somewhere, just looking for something to make my setup a little more secure.

    Thanks for the help!

ChrisEdwards1 Hi Kyle, I hope you are well. If you have not already done so I would recommend submitting a parts request, this can be done by going to support at the top of the page and scrolling down/clicking the parts tab. Once the form is filled in one of my colleagues will be in touch to advise further. Just make note that you are looking for a replacement Pole Holder / Top Hat and they will be able to assist further.

LeeE_Wolloff Kyle, I had the same issue and simply resized the on stage mounts to fit the smaller recesses of the sub. It worked well and the screw holes lined up perfectly. No modification of the sub.

I'd like to buy a couple of Behringer eurorack rack frames without the power supply, because the modules i use are kind of big and 1 frame is full without using all the power of the Behringer CP1A.

It's kind of a tough world also to find black frames for 19 inch.

I'd rather buy them from Behringer at a store, but they're not available, so if it's possible and sensible i hope they're for sale soon.

    Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to share a note regarding a common issue people run into. If you are having trouble mounting your Perform V or any other product of ours to your standard mic-stand, please try a little harder and don't be concerned about the mount breaking. We've tested the mounts on every stand in the office, gorilla stands, even tables and chairs. You can mount it to ANY standard music stand, just give it a bit more muscle.

    Hope this help!

      Hi,

cannot believe that my Perform-V should fit on my Hercules stand as the mount of the TCH is 1/2" and th diameter of my stand is 1".

Let's say it so, i trust in the product but i don't wanna try it as i am afraid it will break. That's the reason why i made an "adapter", look here:

Hi @angryjack that's a great solution! I would also feel a little bit nevous about clipping my Perform V onto such a thick stand.
