    Hello Question: Is the following normal? Problem: When I switch the amp off at the amp power switch I get a loud 'bang' through the speakers.

    i have no ide where to find the usermanual for model lab 2000c. i have found all other old models like my lab 1200c quatro but the 2000c seems to be inposible to find eny sort of information

    Hi all, We bought the amp a year ago - got sidetracked by my son's brain cancer and didn't use it till recently. Built an isolation cabinet for it, got it all set up, turned it on and nothing. No hum, no signal - the only sign of life is a small green light. We tried 3 new cables but still nothing. I believe it's still under warranty, but if it's something we can fix, that would be best. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

At the top of this page, click Support -> Care -> Create a Care Ticket and select Type: Service request. Make sure that you enter all required (*) data before clicking Submit. Once submitted one of our specialist will be in touch to advise further.

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Bill, i hope you are well. There is currently no new firmware available for your unit, however, when released it is usually made available for both PC and MAC users. If you are refereeing to the NX Edit software this is only currently available for PC. Hope this helps.

      andyp13 I think I will still need to leave my email address after every post, as once a thread is left there's no chance of ever finding it again... I just don't understand why this forum needs to be over complicated, slow and clunky....Take a look at the Axe FX Forum if you need to see how its done...this is just an over complicated mess...

      KoustubhPersai Hey Chris! Actually I've been facing some issues with registering my Behringer interface and making a care ticket. After filling out all my details , when I go to selecting the brand of my product, it doesn't show any brand names. It just shows "select brand". Please tell me if there's a solution to this kind of a problem as soon as possible. I'd added this query on the community post a few days back, but no one adequately answered it.

        KoustubhPersai Actually I tried the opposite. I was using Google Chrome previously after which I opened it up in Edge, AND IT WORKED!! Thanks a lot Chris!

    Bonjour mon nu3000 ne démarre plu depuis hier il reste en rouge le ventillo c lance puis s'arrête rien de branche dessus il marche très bien ya 2 jours hier quand jai branche la prise rien reste en rouge

    I have a Behringer PPA500BT.  Have had it for three years.  Haven't had many issues with it (besides the latches don't always stay locked into place, the storage compartment won't stay closed, and the zipper on the gig bag broke after the first week of use).  But that's not my complaint right now.  Two nights ago I was playing a regular solo acoustic gig.  All was well for about an hour.  Then all of a sudden it stopped pushing sound out to the speakers, and then the lights started flickering on and off repeatedly.  Now it is completely unusable.  I logged in to musictribe, created a care ticket, answer all the questions yada yada.  I tried submitting it, but it would not go through.  I bet I have tried submitting a care ticket at least a half a dozen times.  So after many failed attempts, I submitted a private message requesting help to get my europort fixed.  I haven't heard back from anyone at all  Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to get hold of someone here?

      First make sure that every required field in your profile is correct. Missing or invalid information can apparently cause the Care ticket system to fail. It is also important to fill-in every required field in the Care ticket form (marked *). Make screenshots of the completed Care form before you submit it. If it fails again, let us know and we can tell you how to send the screenshots to get some help. Do not attach the screenshots to your post as they will contain personal information!
