    two years ago i bought a turbosound ip2000 speaker. then recently i heard that i could link turbosound speakers with each other. so i bought anoher turbosound ip2000 speaker. i had no idea there were two versions. the first one i boght was ip2000 version 1 then the 2nd one was version 2. my problem is i was trying to link the both of them but it wouldnt work. is it because these two have different versions? if so, how do i upgrde my ip2000 vrsion 1? your response would be a big help, stay safe and thank you!

    Last Sunday 10.18.2020 the other sub went completely out. No power to the amp. We are working on one sub that clips out based on the org. cas number. Are these subs covered under a warranty or not? We need to do something ASAP.

    Both are connected to a power conditioner and have surge protection on them.

    I wonder under what name PC software for configuring IQ series speakers is availible? And link please. 
    i want to configure crossover and EQ.

      Chris Edwards Hi Ales Ribic, I hope you are well. The software you require is Turbosound Edit, this is not currently listed on the IQ product pages and I will look into getting it added. It can however be downloaded from the following page - https://www.turbosound.com/turbosound/product?modelCode=P0BMU Just click on the software tab to the right-hand side of the page and the file you require will be "Turbosound Edit PC Version 1.1"

    I opened a case on a Beheringer amp in 2018 and nobody ever got back to me. 

    I opened a ticket on Oct 5 this month regarding the tweeter on a Turbosound monitor and nobody has contacted me either. Is there a customer service number to call?

    Any help would be really appreciated.

    Hi, i was wondering if Turbosounds sells a replacement handle for a IQ18b, i have only had it for about 3 years but can't seem to find the original sale reciept for the warranty   Thanks

    Anybody have issues with the system not turning on after use meaning the sytem works fine then I turned off and try to turned back on and it won't turn on for several hours then it will work fine

    Hi!

    I have run into issues with my Tannoy TFX subwoofer. Problem is I can't get any sound out of it. Plugged in it shows the red power light when it is set to "OFF", when I switch to "AUTO" it's still red but only until the subwoofer receives a signal and then it switches off. When I choose "ON" it's switched off. I assume the light should be green when working correctly?

    Any ideas what the issue is?

If you have not yet done so I would recommend submitting a service request ticket, this can be done by going to support at the type of the page and scrolling down to service.     Happy sunday.. I have the Tannoy system 12'S, they are amazing studio monitors. I unfortunaetly blew one of the tweeters.. I have been searching high and low for replacement with no luck ! Can anyone please help ? apparently these are the same fit as the 15". I am in canada.

    My IP3000 loses the top with working lows, along with the fact that the speaker came with the tweeter horn broken. I have not received any correspondence to attempt to figure out the issue or be able to fix the problem. Looks like I may have to suck up the cost and go buy a Maui. I wanted to give turbosound a chance, but it seems the customer service here is garbage other than someone to answer these messages and act like the company really gives a crap when they don't....

    HI there,

    I need your help, because the tweeters of my Tannoy Mercury M20 speakers broke down.
    Do you know where I could find a new pair to replace them?
    I don't mind if they are not the originals series.

    Tweeter measures are: external diameter 10 cm
                                      internal diameter 7 cm

    I enclose the pictures.
