      THis is the only company we have ever tried to make a partner ship with, that has no phone number or email to reach out to. It makes it really difficult for us....... I will see if I can find out what you mean about the Presale ticket. Thank you for your assistance....

    I have been replying to one of your agents original email and have asked about

    how to make payment.   I originally thought your company was in the United Kingdom.

    But i just noticed on the invoice that you are in Las vegas, Nevada.

    My phone is 303-264-9372.  Please call me anytime and I will pay with my debit card.

    OR please send me an email with how and who to send a check to make payment.

    What is the reason why a customer cannot simply pay on your website?

    I'm not near my iQ PA system and was thinking of buying a couple of supplemental side speakers for an outdoor show. They're Milan speakers which don't have Ultranet. Instead of running very long XLR cables to these speakers I was wondering if the iQ speakers converts the Ultranet digital audio input then sends them out via one of the analog outputs?

    Based in the UK, I am trying to obtain a turbosound tfx122m-an powered stage monitor. Everywhere is out of stock! As this is a relatively new product, i presume this is due to manufacturing/supply issues relating to CV-19. Does anyone have an update on when these will be available again? Thanks in advance

      Dale_M Hi there can I suggest you email this question through to us as a Presales support ticket from the above tab? the Presales team are not on community. Also buying from Italy would mean your warranty would be with the Italian seller not here in the UK so this can be costly if you have a problem. I hope this helps.

    Hi, I am really struggling with these units.  One has a cracked fuse holder and I cannot get an answer on what model it is, the specs, or how to get a replacement (Yes I have submitted parts ordering tickets).  on my other, the power supply seems to have gone bad.  Does any have info on these part #s and where I might buy them other than from TurboSound/MT?  Thanks in advance.  Frustrated.

      we just spoke over the phone, and sorry to hear it's been frustrating. Short answer is that Music Tribe is the place to order replacement parts for anything Turbosound related. Nicholas Tavcar has your case and should be able to get you a response soon.

      DavidKnighton Todd I was able to find the common part number for the fuse holder. It's FH-B13HA, Music Tribe SKU is G53-26000-22762. You can order these from us, and also found some various sellers online for FH-B13HA. The PSU I'm not so sure on, but the agent will be able to advise on that.

    Hey together, 

    is there anybody who can repair my IP2000 Subwoover? Maybe, near Frankfurt? It worked fine for years, but suddenly its completely dead. Changed fuse already.....

    Any ideas?

      Not sure exactly, but if you click the SUPPORT tab at the top of the page you can submit a SERVICE REQUEST ticket and someone should be able to give you the information you need. Also if it's under warranty, then you'll need the RMA to have it serviced.

    I ordered a pair of IQ15's from Thomann. I received one of them today and it doesn't work.  It powers up and all the menu functions work but I cannot get any sound.   I've tried ultranet from my XR18 on numerous channels, XLR from my XR18 to "local" on the speaker and even a mic straight in to both channels on the speaker and there's no output.   I have a signal light, so it's not the source input.    And I can plug the xlr into one of my other speakers and it works.   Gain control is up.   Send it back or am I doing something wrong?   Help!

      GaryHiggins Double check all the menu’s again. There are at least 2 places that effect volume, gain is but 1. Those menu’s and controls are not so intuitive. It could be defective but maybe it’s just finding the right spot.

        You're not the first to encounter this. Many N. American folks order from Thomann only to find that they only sell products that fit the Euro electrical grid. This is why it is important to purchase items from your regional distributor and not from overseas distributors.
