    I have a TFX122M-AN monitor that I returned to Sweetwater for repairs (it had a bad power supply). Sweetwater, which is now the main service point for repairs in the US was very quick about diagnosing the issue, but today sent me this message:

    "I have unfortunate news regarding the part we needed to perform this repair. The part is currently back ordered. Turbosound has not been able to provide us with an ETA yet."

    We are a live music venue, and that monitor is one of our primary monitors, so having no idea when it might get fixed is not very comforting. What good is a 10 year warranty if you can't get parts? It's not like this is an old speaker, it's been in production for years now.

    Don't get me wrong, I love my Turbosound gear and it sounds great and helps us be a better room and all the musicians like how the monitors sound - but the current situation with not being able to tell when new speakers will be available or when parts will be available is just awful. As a user of your equipment, I find this amazingly frustrating and it makes it hard to recommend your products no matter how good they sound.

    Greetings! Can some one please respond to my parts requests. I have sent 5 over the last 10 months and not heard back. The last ticket was CAS-446101-T2S1F2. There are several part numbers that I am requesting pricing and procedure on how to order these. I am stuck in email hell and am very frustrated, Does anyboby there have a phone?

    Based in the UK, I am trying to obtain a turbosound tfx122m-an powered stage monitor. Everywhere is out of stock! As this is a relatively new product, i presume this is due to manufacturing/supply issues relating to CV-19. Does anyone have an update on when these will be available again? Thanks in advance

      Dale_M Hi there can I suggest you email this question through to us as a Presales support ticket from the above tab? the Presales team are not on community. Also buying from Italy would mean your warranty would be with the Italian seller not here in the UK so this can be costly if you have a problem. I hope this helps.

    I opened a case on a Beheringer amp in 2018 and nobody ever got back to me. 

    I opened a ticket on Oct 5 this month regarding the tweeter on a Turbosound monitor and nobody has contacted me either. Is there a customer service number to call?

    Any help would be really appreciated.

    Hi all, any help greatly appreciated. My active wedges have developed a fault.......they both emit a loud squeal / hiss / crackle whenever I plug any XLR into them. Anyone come across this? As above, annoyingly I can't open a care ticket.       Nigel67 Hi TT23, if you could put in a support ticket, put another model name in, but in the Subject and Description just highlight the actual speakers you are describing and a colleague will pick the case up and answer you.
