    I have a G5 Infinium amp with an output issue. There is very little output to the speaker. While on the distortion channel, the amp sounds like it’s “shorting out” like getting a staticky signal with hardly any sound at all. This is while strumming the guitar while turning up the gain and volume. Absolutely no sound will come out of the clean channel. 
     
    I checked my cables, speaker, guitar and the tubes. The tubes appear to be working fine and it sounds fine with headphones plugged in.
     
    Pretty disappointed. I’ve had this amp for four years, but it has very little playing time on it. It might have gotten used 1 or 2 hours a month. It even sat for a while as I healed after an accident that cut part of my finger off.

    Hi All 
     
    My amps ( Bugera 333XL ) have seriously noise when rotate on knobs Master and Treble and sometimes they are not working I think they should replace the new one. Master : 250K Treble : 50K but the pots are not like standard alpha 9 mm or the other amps use.  The shaft of Bugera pot is too long.

    I don't know if it's me or is this actually happening. I've noticed that few suppliers carrying Bugera products are phasing them out. I live here in the USA, I finally got my stimulus check and was interested in getting the 212TS cabinet. Right now, I only can them on the used market but like they're like becoming rare. Sites like Sweetwater don't even have them anymore. I would like to compliment my G5 head with it, but can't find even a new one in stock. Can anyone at Bugera let me know what is the status and if Bugera instill going to be around? Thanks.

      Dale_M Hi No Bugera is not phasing out there is currently a lot restructuring in the world of sales added to Covid 19 which halted a lot of production of certain lines so this is most likely what is causing the delay.

    Hello there.  I bought a used V5 Infinium and it works fine, except that I get serious microphonics everytime I use it.  We have replaced the tubes, even the sockets, but no luck.  My tech says that there has to be a bad solder joint, or connection somewhere.  Does anybody have any experience with this kind of problem?  Were you able to identify the cause? 

    It's a sweet little amp, but the noise is very noticeable.

    While using the amp today, it literallly went out. I've had the amp for a little under a week. I need to have it serviced and don't know how to contact bugera with the invoice from purchase. Thank you.

      RexBeckett If you purchased the amp less than 30 days ago, I suggest that you contact your supplier for a replacement. Otherwise you would need to open a Care ticket as follows:
