    I haven't used this in about a year. I checked the power supply. Is there a magic formula to get my unit to power on?

    Hello,

    I'm using the TC Helicon Harmony Singer 2. When I play larger halls and need a monitor, I get a growling effect underneath the harmonies. A little like someone in the distance is using a garbage disposal. I am guessing that this is interference caused by the vocal harmonies bleeding into the mic from the monitors and then attempting to be re-processed by the Harmony Singer 2. 

    Has anyone else experienced this?  If so, how do you fix the problem without using in-ear monitors (which I dislike)?

    I have a large gig coming up next week and I'm hopeful that someone has solved this issue before.

    Hi people,

    Just curious how do i go about connecting external effects pedals such as wah wah and Boss BD-2 blues driver in the helicon chain as when i have tried this the sound i get borders on atrocious, total shit and WTF..

     

    Can someone help me please..

      Hi Dale, I've tried guitar to wah then bd2 then to guitar input of VL3.. also guitar to VL3 guitar input then guitar output to bd2 no wah.. and still crappy sound.. having a look at a vl3 video wondering if the prepost gains are to high and its clipping the hell out of it. cheers Steve..if its not that i'm stumped

    Hi moved my Harmony singer on my board and the power light blinked off, red light goes on and feedback loop begins to build and unit shuts down 

    anything I can rest?

    When I plug in my harmony singer 2 the power light comes on for a minute then turns off then the foot pedal doesnt stay engaged?

    I sometimes have a big volume spike that I *think * is triggered by my Harmony Singer 2 pedal (purchased new three years ago. I'm using it in momentary mode, powered by a Strymon Zuma powere supply (500 mA) per channel. This is NOT the distortion issue that was prevelant with this model at one time. Any ideas?

      NicJonesMT Hi RFC. Ideally we would need to know more about your setup and when this is happening (For example all connected devices, is it only happening in a practice room/live situation, can you test in an isolated situation (For example run the pedal into a mixer and then monitor via headphones)).
      If you could please hit support at the top of the page and scroll down to the Tech support option we can then advise you further.

      While it isnt the distortion issue, it's still worth reflashing the firmware on the unit via the Voice Support 2 application as well :)

    So recently I accidentally broke the STEP button on my Voicelive 3, the button completely popped out along with the spring and now the sensor is going nuts, I can still use most of my functions but the STEP function keeps firing off randomly and it's not so great. is there a button replacement for this product, if so where do I order it and could it work? Hope to find some help!

    I'm hoping for some advice on a purchasing an A/B switch pedal to run through the TC Helicon VoiceLive 3, which would allow me to switch between an electric guitar or a keyboard. Has anyone ever used a switch pedal on this device? If so, which brand? Thanks!

    Where can I get In touch with Texhnical Support. I have a Critical Mass Pedal, And I'm having trouble with it. It seems if you plug it into a PA system, it's so loud that there's nothing the engineer can do with it. If there is an internal volume switch it needs to be turned down, but I don't think there is one. How can I get advice and possible service on this pedal?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi WoodySelover, you can submit a Technical support ticket by going to the support tab at the top of the page and scrolling down to the technical support tab, once opened the ticket form will appear, and once submitted you will be given a case number.

    Hola amigos, tengo el TC Elicon voicesolo xf150, tengo instado el software en mi PC, y cuando lo  conecte me pidió actualizar el software del monitor, resulta que genero un error, y ahora los led se quedaron con las luces  intermitentes y no termina de cargar.

    ¿Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? 

    Estaré agradecido.

      Doing this should recover your unit if it has failed during a firmware update, however, if after trying this you are still experiencing issues please submit a technical support case so we can assist further.
