    Hi Everyone.

    Im wanting to record video and livestream via my Android phone . I have the phone connected via a USB-C OTG adaptor. I can only record from Channel 1 even though I'm hearing both channels through my headphones.

    Any ideas most welcome.

      PedroRodrigues Hi Osca31thnak you for your post, please consider that is not a supported configuration for the UMC22, this unit must be used connected directly to a computer running Mac or Windows via USB 2.0 avoiding any USB adaptors, as stated on the manual to operate as standard. Thank you

    Hi, I recently purchased a behringer u-phoria um2 model, and I'm having trouble playing any sound from the notebook, I have a windows 10, lenovo ideapad, and the only sound that comes out of the board is the asio sound of my ableton live. hoping someone can help me, hugs

    The app will not connect with the goxlr mini. It lights up but will not be recognized by the app. Have uninstalled / restarted software multiple times and it will still not show up in the app.

    Hi,

    I have a solo act, where I try to do everything at once, using multiple instruments, and generally post stream live as well as play in front of live crowds.

     

    I'm looking for entry level, expandable Analog to Digital XLR & 1/4" interfaces, 8 channel or greater, that isn't extremely expensive that I can also utilize through common interfaces such as OBS Studio...I'm not sure if I need an Ableton or another type of software, but wanted to get started with some recommendations.

    (I have a 6 channel USB mixer that currently serves me well, to pick up the pro audio and send it over to OBS.

    I have registered my UMC22 audio interface but have not yet recieved the activation code for Tracktion

    I have checked my email/spam/junk folders but no joy

    Any advice?

    I have sent my VOICELIVE 3 EXTREME device to Thermal Relief Design for repairment at the beginning of March (2022) after music tribe sent me the instruction and case number for repairment. But now, the repairment has not been done. I sent couple of email to TRD, they replied that they are waiting for the part. Anyone has experienced the similar issue? What is the solution for me? Wait? I have already waited for almost 3 months.

      liao0ciya Hi PederoRodrigues. It is FOUR months. The repairment is still not done. TRD team advices me to reach out to Music Tribe to file a complaint since they have no access to the manufacture part systems. Where do I file a complaint? Is this post already a complaint?

    So, I'm using two computers, one monitor, switching back and forth. One for regular use, one strictly for music production... but I don't want to use two sets of speakers, so I still want my interface to act as audio for both computers. I've tried simply splitting the USB with a Y cable, USB B to two USB A, but only one computer recognizes the interface (and I don't seem to be able to choose which computer, but as it happens it's the correct one for music production). Is there a way to do this?

      NicJonesMT Hi Tindog13.
      You could try running the UMC into a powered USB hub, and then run this into a USB splitter. I currently do this to have devices like speakers, keyboard and mouse to swap between my Work and Gaming PC.
      One thing to note, We do not normally recommend connecting to a USB hub, as these can cause connectivity issues.

      The only other option would be to unplug your UMC and connect it directly to a different PC.

      As an update, the powered hub did not solve the problem. With the splitter cable at least one computer was recognized, but with the powered hub neither computer is recognized. So unless anyone has any other suggestions I guess I have to have a separate set of speakers for the non-production computer, powered by its internal sound card.

    Hello Guy's,

    Maybe its already discusted but i can't find it.

     

    i have the same problem with my 4x UCA222 on one win 10 pc (other pc's it works)

    it install the drive automaticly but as a USB device.

    so i can't find it in the device manager as a audio device.

    I installed manualy behringer USB Audio 2.8.40 (now it works perfect)

    only i hear ever 3 maybe 5 minutes a beeping tone ( if its a trail version).

    anybody that have the same problem or have a diverend driver to use?

    pleas let me know.

    On 5/07/2022 I started a ticket for service on a waranteed GoXLR. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I have received no response from Customer Support, and have had follow-up emails ignored. I even opened a new ticket because I would told to if I had any further inquiries, and that ticket was cancelled soon after, with no notification or response from the cutomer support team. I had to check my tickets manually to find this out.

    It seems customer service DOES exist, and is actively ignoring and cancelling requests. Frankly this behaviour is unacceptable for a product of this price. I need my product repaired ASAP as I need to use it in day-to-day activity.

    Has anyone else had any results getting in touch with customer service?

      Nigel67 Hi Audiolunatic. I think that support meant to send you to filling out a spares ticket which can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Spare Parts tab and submit a ticket. The FCA1616 is a legacy product, so unfortunately there may not be any left in stock to purchase. I would also try posting on the Behringer FB site to see if anyone on there has a pair for sale or may know a company that can make rack ears. You could try this company and see if they have ever made any for the FCA1616 https://www.facebook.com/RACKEARS/. Hope this helps
