    Hi registered my UM2 a while ago but didn't get the email for the Tracktion Redeem Code.

    I attached below the email with my Care Ticket number.

    Set it up out of the box yesterday without a problem. Tried to set it up today and my DAW (Garageband) only recognizes channels 1 and 2. Channels 3 and 4 are visible, but not highlighted and so unaccessable. I've rebooted my system.

    I purchased a UMC22.  I need the Tracktion software to use it, and the included license was a big reason for my choice.

    I contacted the vendor, and they said I needed to make an account and register the product on this site.  So I did so on Tuesday (Ticket Number: CAS-405644-C6B5Y2).

    Reading various posts here, it seems like 'wait one or two days for your license' was normal, so I waited two days.  I haven't gotten anything (I did doublecheck my spam folders and mail logs to be sure I missed nothing.)

    What do I need to do to get my Tracktion license?  I want to be sure my hardware actually works while I still have a chance to return it.

    Hi, 

    With the recent purchase of UMC404HD, I'VE yet to be able to configure it so that the audio produced from a mic into the interface, shows up on an assigned track in my DAW, PT12.  The track is armed and I'm able to select 1 of 4 inputs.  Yet, the audio I hear isn't displaying signal activity on the open track.

      • Audio from interface, no signal in DAW
        Nigel67 Hi Adrian, you submitted the ticket as a Product Registration and not a Technical Support ticket as mentioned. This means that you product was registered and the case automatically closes. You would have received an automatic reply advising that your product was registered. Please check your spam box it it wasn't in your main e-mail queue. I have just found another case CAS-406121-X3H1J8 that you submitted on the 31/12 and a colleague replied to on the 5/1. Have you received that e-mail? Please check your Spam. I would advise replying to that as it all appears to be related.     Hi there

    I've got a UM2 connected to my Windows 10 machine - it's working fine with Reason but I would also like to use the same interface and speakers for normal PC use (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, Google Meet calls for work etc.). The interface does appear in Device Manager under "Sound, video and game controllers", but doesn't appear in Sound settings (see attached pictures) - any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Hi everybody,

    here's a short resume of the trouble I'm facing with my U-phoria UMC204HD.

    It's been few months that I get random input glitches signals through my interface - even when nothing is connected.

    They are audio peaks that randomly appear (every 1, 2, 3 etc seconds). They can be heard through the speakers or through the headphones; you can see the peaks in the input levels of my DAW (cakewalk) or in the windows audio input settings (the blue bar of the input level shows the peaks).

    I already opened a ticket with Behringer, they've been kind as usual to follow me but I couldn't succeed to solve the problem; in the end the trouble doesn't seem technically related to the interface: just to clarify, in fact I installed the interface on my daughter's laptop to check if the problem would show again... and it didn't happen.

    But I would like to understand what is causing this on my pc... a virus or malware?!? well I made several scans on the system and it seems clean. Please note thatI use several plugins or vst instruments... I understand that sometimes thay can cause conflicts... but normally onyl while you should use them, at last (ie in this case I should get the problem only when I use my DAW that is connected to plugins and VSTs); but the problem is always present: it's enough that I turn my pc on and the glitches are always there... 

    How can I solve it? I already unistalled and reinstalled the behringer drivers but nothing changed... what would you recommend?

      RexBeckett Hi Laurens, what are you connecting to the UMC1820 Main outputs? What type of cable are you using? Are any adapters involved?

      manoelandreis I'm having a similar problem...

      I have a setup of a few synths connected to my new U-PHORIA UMC1820 such as Elektron M:C, Behringer TD-03 and Crave and when monitoring inside the soundcard everything is loud and clear but when it's going through Studio one I have to stomp the volume MAIN out.

      I tried to use my old and small AudioBox ITwo and the synths works and the sound level is as it should be.

      Any help? I tried to move forward with music and start a proper recording and it's all going backwards.

    I pluged in my Behringer U-Phoria UMC 404HD today and its not working anymore. The audio interface has power and the signal lights are working, it also can detect signal when a microphone is plugged into it but my mac and windows machines can't pick it up as a device to use it with either logic or tracktion 7. when I plug my other audio interface into my mac and windows machine it works so why isn't this one? Anyone have any solutions? I've tried everything that I would normally try and all the things a good audio engineer would try as well. I hope someone can help?

    Dear all,

    I have an U-phoria umc404 HD  (revision v1.12)  after some while it is Making a crackling sound during playback.

    I did ready this is an problem with USB3 hardware and old firmware.

    This is a known issue with the original firmware when used with some USB 3.0 chip sets. Behringer has addressed the issue in firmware version 1.12. However, the updater application can only be used on a Windows machine.

    But if thats the case where can i find new firmware ? Driver for the device is the newest. I did  try the support after 4 days still no answer.
