    Hello. first post here from the USA thanks in advance for any help.

    Just got this used 360 and thou it passes audio with no issue both A & B EQ has no effect on said signal.

     

    On a side note, I'd like to know what these 2 holes on the back marked "In put TX and Out put TX" are for. Is that a switch inside the unit (I see something white in there but not sure what it is)? Is that why I'm not getting anything more than by-passed signal?

    Hopfully some one will know what the trouble is and leave a reply, I don't like flipping switch's on (or off) with out knowing what they do.

    How do I replace the battery without loosing memory? Can I do it with the unit powered on? Im an electonic Engineer so there is no risk of me shicking myself.

      Nigel67 Hi, yes, this would be the only way. Replacing the battery with the unit repowered, however we cannot recommend this unless it is performed by one of our trained service centres due to the fact that you could cause yourself harm by putting your hand inside a powered unit. We take no responsibility for any damage you may cause to yourself or surroundings. Please also dispose of your battery at a recycling centre. Many thanks

    Hi,

     

    Will anyone help me to register my new purchase or shall  I return it to the seller and forget it?

    Every time I attempt it the option SELECT BRAND is ALWAYS inactive so I CANT finish my registration.

     

    Tried on ALL MAJOR browser - it does not work. So far so called technical help closed my first ticket (excellent service must say)

    How much longer until Behringer restocks the stores that are supposed to carry their product? 4+ months or more? Is this common? Thanks.

      trentperkins Hi Wound up. I have REALLY bad news. Uli Behringer in his infinite wisdom has decided that there will BE no more sales in stores. You can only order it online at Sweetwater or Amazon. Hopefully, when sales plummet, he comes back to his senses. Until then, you will need to order it online.

        WoundUp No worries. I sent in a support ticket to pre-sales asking where I can currently purchase Behringer pedals because everywhere I look says out of stock, including Sweetwater, who they made that huge deal with. Currently awaiting their response.

        WoundUp And there's still nowhere to order any Behringer pedals and Behringer won't answer as to when they expect to be restocking any of their retailers. Sweetwater has no clue. They said 1st week of March and they still haven't heard from Behringer. So every 2 weeks, they push the expected 'in stock' date back another 2 weeks to a month. I also spoke with someone at music tribe. They don't have a clue, either, as they're only support. They do b deal with sales or distribution obviously. And you can't contact anyone actually AT Behringer so it's a useless cause.

    Hi there! Can anyone to enlighten a bit a more about MUSIC ID and Music Tribe...how works, do i have to create 2 different accounts with 2 different names, etc or? Once i fill up with all the details (for MUSIC ID) can't proceed further with the account or to do anything else...why, what's the metter or i've missed something? Thank you!

      RexBeckett Hi Nicoara, registration for the MusicTribe Community allows you to post here and also open Care tickets to request Technical Support, Service and Product Registration. I believe a Music ID is only required by authorized distributors and service centres.

    I have a generic power supply but I don't know if positive is in the center or not; living in italy is very diffult ti find an original one

      RexBeckett Hi Adriano, the power connector is a 3.5mm TS jack with tip positive. It will work with a supply of 8-32 Volts dc at very low current. Use 24-32V if you want to run it at pro signal levels (max 14dBm).

    I have a Behringer deq 2496 at one time it said it needs a up date now the screen comes on but it is blank is it worth getting fixed it is over 10 years old.

    What is the best way to insert outboard processing equipment? I want to insert an outboard digital EQ & processor on my L, R, & S. Those outputs are feed via my digital snake out of my DL32. I found YouTube videos online but I am worried about not being able to feed my outputs via my digital snake. I am worried if I feed my outboard gear at FOH via the Aux In/outs I will not be able to send my L, R, S signal down the digital snake. On a normal console, I would just use the Insert connector located on the back of the console. Is it possible to use an insert cable out of the Aux Out port o the outboard gear?

      DanielPaine In short, Yes you can. You can use the Aux Jack sockets on the rear of the console. You can use a maximum of 6 Inserts. To assign, simply select the channel (i.e. Master), Then, in Home or config you can turn the insert on. In the config tab select the insert assignment (normal defaulted to internal effects). Scroll down to find Aux 1-6 and select accordingly. Stereo channels will map consecutively i.e. 1 = 1&2.

    Hello.can anny body help me about my DN360. I can hardly hear the audio out when tried use last week. If the DN360 is off there is a audio coming out possibly its because bypassing signal trough relay.but if i switch on then the audio is hardly to hear.

      Nigel67 Hi NujCGallo. Is this a brand new DN360 that you have just purchased. if so, then it is possibly because you have wired your cables up unbalanced as Pin 2 Hot, whereas the DN360 is Pin 3 Hot. if this is not the case and you have had it working previously, then there are a number of possibilities such as power supply or relays. It will probably be best for you to submit a Support ticket using the Support tab at the top of the page.

        NujCGallo Hello Turner.! You are correct the the hot is pin 3. I have another question about dn360 wich is correct in the input signal is pin 2 hot or pin 3 hot also.? Thank you for the help.

        Nigel67 The SQ1 graphic in pin2 hot unlike the DN360 you were originally asking about which is Pin 3.
