    I work at a venue and we have a Lake LM-44 processor that was setup with the Lake Processor software but unfortunately I cannot remember the password I set within the software. Please tell me you can help!

    I have an issue with one lm 44 and suspect another too

    i have been looking at this over the last week. the pattern i am seeing is that on first LM44 power on either through the switch or direct cat 5 to the tablet it does not appear on the network, (i have been using the Lake Update app to check its status) every subquent power cycle after that it shows up on the network. when you come to it cold the pattern repeats.
    anyone else expericence this?

    My question is about 3.0 CHANNEL SOROUND mode of Ultradrive Pro DCX2496: do the two front speakers have to have two inputs each? I attach the relative page of the manual.

    I have only speakers with one input each.

    My over 10 years old dcx2496 finally stopped working, because of power supply failure. 

    Is there any way to get the power supply replacement? It seems easy to replace it by few unscrewing and unplugging. And I am sure I could do it without problem. Please let me know where to get it.

A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Spare Parts tab and submit a ticket. If we no longer have stock, then have you tried a local repair shop? It may be something as simple as the electrolytic capacitors drying out and in need of replacement. Many thanks

    Im having huge problems running Lake Controller version 7.0.6 on the system described below (Windows 10, 21H1).
    Sometimes it can run for hours and hours, and sometimes i crashes within an hour.

    Have now tried so many diffrent soulutions when it comes to setting and drivers for varius components in the computer.

    I have two identical computers with the exact same specs./hardware but the problem is the same on both systems, Lake Controller crashes on me.

    So now i ran out of ideas how to move forward, pleas advice.

    On the XO24 how do you delete a user preset, I've been tweaking my presets and have a few "test" presets i saved while setting things up, now I want to delete the ones I don't need and there doesn't seem to be a way to do it, I've looked in the manual, but nothing.

    I just want to delete 2 presets, not ALL the user presets.

      WilliamR Hello, WIlliam from Musictribe here. As this is an older unit, I do not have one to test myself. I would suggest calling up a blank user preset, and storing it over the preset you want to erase.
      1 Press STORE
      2 If the currently recalled preset is a User
      preset the same user location is suggested.
      - If the currently recalled preset is a factory
      preset, the first free user location is
      - If you wish to store the preset at a different
      location - select the desired user location
      using the ADJUST encoder.
      3 Press ENTER.
      4 Now you may;
      - either press ENTER again to confirm and
      end the store operation
      - or dial in a preset name of your choice
      using the CURSOR keys and ADJUST
      encoder and then press ENTER.
      5 The display indicates “Preset Stored” for a
      successful store operation.

    i want to run the editor software to control my several DCX. I worked some years ago with a PC which had real serial port on it. now i run windows 10 and tried three different usb com adapters. those adapters install properly. But even without an adaptor plugged in I can only start the editor, and if I go to the connect window that specific window will not open. the editor software then is hanging and nothing happens. Maybe one of you has some Idea about it.

      PedroRodrigues Hi skuhle, unfortunately non of this unit will be able to interface with the respective editor using any type of adaptors and also the Editor will not run on a 64 bit OS. If you wish to keep using this Editor you must do it via legacy Operating System and connect it directly via serial port. Thank you

    I am having an issue with Lake Controller. I have been using it for the last few weeks with no issues. Yesterday I was logged into it via a remote computer and I changed the window size of the remote comptuer and Lake Controller gave me an error and then quit. When I try and relaunch it opens, asks me if I want to load the last system configuration, but I cannot select "yes" or "no" and the entire program becomes unresponsive. The program is currently launching in full-screen mode so the only thing I can do is resize the screen which freezes my computer and just starts this problem all over again. I tried running a software repair, and I have also uninstalled 7.0.5 and reinstalled 7.0.6 and am getting the same issue. I am on a computer running Windows 10. Any insight into how to get this working again?

      You might want to submit this as a tech support inquiry as it sounds like it's going to be rather involved. What I would suggest is to bypass the whole remote computer option for now and put you hands directly on the host computer to restore the application and set your window size. By default the system takes over your graphics processor, which allows for ideal touchscreen operation. By setting the window size remotely, you may have inadvertently created a system error. You may even be forced to uninstall the application and then reinstall.
