    Hi, I purchased a licence for TC LM2 native today, and after checking out and paying, the site said that the activation key was emailed to me to my [email protected], but I never actually received that email with the key. Is there anywhere else I can retrieve the activation key?

    Hi , I am trying to register on Behringer so I could register my product and get my free software. But I cant sign in. I was routed to create an account here in music tribe community and it was ok. And account is even verified. But when im trying to login to Behringer site it required me to to put MusicID , and it doesn accept it. It always says invalid ID / incorrect. I've spent hours to figure it which suppose to be not too confusing. Then I tried to create new account in Behringer says invalid Email. ?! Can anyone help me? I'm seriously getting frustrated. :(

      Leah D Hi @downsouth72 - After logging in here on the Community, you can register by clicking the Support link above. Select your Care Ticket type as "Product Registration". This will get you registered! Anywhere that you see "MUSIC ID" is actually for our business partner portal. Hope this helps. Thanks!

        Leah D Hi downsouth72 - Yes, a receipt is required for registration. If you are unable to find your receipt in your records, you can usually acquire a copy from the original store of purchase. Thanks!

    Hello. I've buyed the Finalizer app yesterday, but i didn't recieve any confirmation e-mail and it has beenmmore than 24 hours. Yesterday your support site didn't work at all. Can I get my license, please? I'm expecting this kind of stuff from a small company, but in this case, I find very disrespectful, the fact that I am the one reaching out to you.

      tibi12345 I checked the spam folder. I've also checked the ilok license manager, but as it was expected nothing was in there. The form didn't ask for my Ilok account, only for my e-mail adress.

    Greetings. I have registered a UMC204HD 3 days ago. However, I haven't yet received an activation code for Tracktion/Waveform. I've read that the code was supposed to be emailed in 24 hours. So, is it just taking longer than expected or is there a problem?
