      DavidKnighton Hello mynameistucker13,
That faint clicking sound probably means your VCO octave is set too low. It's quite typically for a really low Hz to make a clicking sound with these Moog type models, or any other synth for that matter. Curious why you chose the Poly D if you know nothing of synths. That's a pretty bold leap into a new world of instruments. I've been at it for a few years now and still haven't played a Poly D.

We are currently using 38 inputs on our X32 monitor and recording desk and I need record all of them. So I’m trying to record in Logic Pro X from 2 different X32 consoles. I have set up an aggregate device with both USB-X outputs. Sometimes it works great but most of the time Logic doesn’t know which is which and I get all inputs from the same console. Is there a way to set either the cards in the console or the aggregate device so that Logic can differentiate between them? Tia!

      DavidKnighton Hello bronco2man,
This question might be better suited to a Logic X forum. I'm not exactly sure, but I believe you can label aggregate devices in AUDIO/MIDI SETUP on your Mac. If I may suggest though, if you need 38 inputs all in, perhaps consider the Klark Teknik DN9630, which is essentially and AES50 to USB interface. This will give you 48 USB channels from console to PC/MAC. This could alleviate the need for two consoles and the whole aggregate device debacle.

I can't find it anywhere on here. I've been trying to find a way to automate any sort of parameter in my DAW to my Odyessey. the manual says "Please see the ODYSSEY section on our website for more details of the SysEx commands" but I've been looking for 2 hours and I can't find it. can someone help me out?

I've got a TC Helicon VoiceSolo FX150 but as it's second hand it came without the vertical mount adapter to fit the speaker to a mic stand. Anyone know where I can find one in the UK?

Is there a way of setting up CCs for each track (other than Volume) on the faders of Behringer XTouch? That's on Cubase 11 Pro on Windows 10.

Crisupp Set up a generic remote, and see if the learn feature works for that control then manually add the cc there??

Hi, Last week I opened a ticket CAS-452709-K0K0L9 for a Behringer B-2 Pro microphone I purchased from Amazon Canada last february. I got a response that Music Tribe is unable to find the dealer in the system (Amazon Canada?). I replied the same hour, and after sitting and waiting for days, I got another reply that you're still awaiting for a reply. I replied again, and still waiting.

      DavidKnighton Hello greekradio,
I checked on this case and there are a few things to note. I'm going to send you a DM as some of this information might be sensitive.

How do i connect the Behringer p-16 interface with a Allen and Heath zed 24 channel analog mixer?  The only way I seem to be able to get it to work is by partially plugging the 1/4 plug into the input jack.  I have tried with tip ring sleeve and tip sleeve and have same results.

      DavidKnighton Hello MeadowbrookBaptistChurch,
I you're partially plugging the cable into the unit, then that usually means you're using the wrong type of cable or connection on the Zed mixer. It would help to know what outputs on the Zed mixer you're trying to use. I would expect you to be using the Aux outs or Main outs, but something tells me you're trying to use the INSERTS as an outputs. This would work in theory, however the INSERT pinout is a little different than a standard Balanced output, so you could probably expect some odd behavior. If this is the case, here's what I would recommend; using a BALANCED 1/4" cable (TRS), plug the MONO out of the Zed mixer into any input on the P16-I. Observe the results. Another thing you could try is using a dual 1/4" aux cable and test input into the P16-I with a phone or tablet.

RexBeckett If you want to use the channel Insert sockets as outputs, you can get ready-made adapter cables.

      Example: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FC4Z6WQ/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If you are handy with a soldering iron (or know someone who is), the adapter cables are easy to make. The wiring is as shown below.

Hi! I had this idea the other day to route a single input, for example, the acoustic guitar for our Sunday worship gathering, to two different channels (i.e., separate fader controls). My rationale behind this was that then I could EQ a single source two different ways; one EQ setup for our in-house mix and one for our livestream mix. However, I'm not sure what limitations this brings up.

For example, I already noticed that if the acoustic came in on input 1 and was sent to channel 1 and channel 7, sending channel 7 to an FX bus did not work; I had to send channel 1 to the FX, which defeats the purpose of my idea.

I hope this makes sense as it's hard to describe. Please be patient with me as I'm a novice with soundboards and mixing/mastering.

Side note: I have seen a ton of videos explaining how to send a copy of an input source to a DAW, and then route it back into the soundboard to then be sent out to the live stream. However, we are a small church and have several open channels on our soundboard so if possible, it makes sense (in my limited experience) to do everything on the same soundboard.

    Thanks so much!

RexBeckett Hi sgruber9, you can certainly feed two (or more) channels from the same input. There is no reason why they cannot both be sent to FX buses. Check that the FX bus sends are enabled on both channels (on the channel Sends tab).

Hi all, I have Behringer UMC404HD and when i connect it to zoom meeting, it either takes mic input from 1-2 or mic input from 3-4 but when i select 1-4 it takes only 1-2 mic inputs. any solution.

RexBeckett Hi Neil, I think this is a limitation in Zoom. The Zoom app does not include a mxer for audio inputs. One solution is to use a software audio mixer to combine the four inputs and route the mix to Zoom. On Windows, VoiceMeeter works well.

      See: https://vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/

RexBeckett I don't use iOS so have no experience. There seem to be a lot of options. Audiobus gets good reviews.

      DavidKnighton Hello JonMac,
We sell single channel mic systems and dual channel mic systems. You bought the single channel mic systems, however what you should have bought was the dual channel mic system. You can not pair two single channel mics to a single channel dongle because it only operates on 1 channel, and you need two operating channels, one for each mic.
