    Hi.

    I opened a ticket for a repair under warranty to a faulty Behringer Ultragraph Pro FBQ1502HD in Victoria Australia. The ticket was closed with little to no support for a service centre in my area nor even country. That's a rather bad business model. Can anyone assist me to find a service centre please?

      Nigel67 Hi DocM60. I am very sorry that your ticket was not replied to. It is possible that someone did reply and the reply ended up in your spam / junk folder. Please can you look there. What was your case number? For Warranty Service, please contact the shop that you purchased the unit from and they will arrange the warranty repair, otherwise please contact our Superpartner in Australia who are Australis.

        Nigel67 I have just checked the ticketing system and can see that your e-mail was replied to on the 24th, so i think this must have ended up in your spam / junk. I see you also submitted a second ticket last night, but this has yet to be answered.

A 'dead end' ticket in actuality. Thanks for the info Nigel67, appreciate your effort. The "buy tab" sheds no light at all. It's a pain to just get a repair sorted out. I await replies to email and phone message I left. The seller was of no help either.
