    When I plug in my Perform V, all of the lights go on but nothing else functions.

    When I plug it into my Mac, the firmware is up to date.

    Thanks for any thoughts!

    (BTW - the unit functioned perfectly when I last used it two years ago)

      PedroRodrigues Hi ScottBierko, thank you for your post, please consider that in this case I would suggest performing a Reset to your unit.
      To reset the unit back to factory settings, press and hold the ECHO and DOUBLE buttons when powering up your Perform-V.
      In the case that you are still facing the same issues after the reset is performed, this may indicate that you unit may not be operating as t should and in that case you must follow the link below and submit a case directly with our Tech Support Team so we can assist you on this matter with more tools.

    I managed to update firmware to my TC Helicon Play Acoustic, after few days of "blank blue screen". Everyting is working again. BUT... I can only use it for 4-6 minutes, and it just abruptly STOP/FROZEN: not receiving sound signals, no sound output, and every knobs and buttons just didn't work. I have to turn off the unit, and turn it on again. Yet, after 1 or 2 songs, the unit just STOP/FROZEN again. 
    Can anyone help me with this? Why is this happening and what's the fix?

      PedroRodrigues Hi briback, thank you for your post, please consider that VOICESOLO FX150 is not a legacy unit. Nevertheless any information on availability must be directed to the partners in the region,as it is the partner that selects what units to order and have available , please also consider that the partner also manage the shipping process directly so we would not have access to any information on that process.     I have an H1 and I've been very unimpressed with it. The harmonies sound very digitally processed. I don't play guitar so I am not using one for pass-through. I see that this company has several different Harmony petals and options. Do any of them not require or work optimally without, a guitar?

    Blue light lights momentarily then goes out, no guitar sound. Using Samsung S7, because my S20 has newer flat MINI USB connection, not supplied.

    i bought a new GoXLR but everytime it checks for updates it freezes most of the things on my pc and when it unfreezes the audio is out of sync (if there is audio). alot of the time it doesn't unfreeze so i end up having to restart my pc. it's quite annoying because it does this every 2-5 minutes so i can't play a game or talk to my friends without having to restart my pc every 2-5 minutes, does anyone know a way to fix this?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi MiniEgg23, if you have not yet done so I would first recommend checking out the following Knowledge Base article:

      Please also try the following items to fix:
      1.) Try all USB ports (even ports with other devices currently plugged in)
      2.) Upgrade your USB drivers for your motherboard
      3.) Upgrade your motherboards bios (See the manual on how to do this)
      4.) Try another USB cable for the GoXLR
      5.) Try the GoXLR on another pc
      6.) Also, If you are using a USB hub, try plugging directly into the USB port.

      If this does not help to resolve the issue I would recommend opening a Technical support ticket if this has not already been done.

    Hi TC Helicon Developers,

    I have been using the Play Acoustic for quite a few years now and am finding I have need of more from it.

    Here is the challenge I put to you. Come up with a new, closer to fully digital version of the PA.

    The problem I have is trying to adjust settings from behind the mic, guitar and PA. I need to be able to hear what the audience is going to hear to make those adjustments confidently. So what I envisage is the PA being able to connect wirelessly to either a phone or tablet (android), or laptop or tablet, (windows). So I can record myself on the looper, then go out into the venue connected to the tablet and be able to make all the changes to settings there. I would like the settings to be more advanced and more user friendly like the way they are generally displayed and adjusted in a daw. In paticular EQ, Comp, Gate.

    Would be awesome if you could build it!

    Does anyone know of anything like this already on the market?

    I am just starting to use a new Behringer X1222USB interface/mixer.  Here is myquestion: What is the best way to hookup active floor monitors?  Is it possible to use two (2) active floor monitors having each monitor receiving slightly different channel information?  I think I get that there is one (1) Aux Send but I want to use two monitors.  Let me know if this is possible.  And, do I use a Balanced cable (TRS) or can I use an Unbalancedcable (TR)?  Thank you for any help.

    Hello. I use my VoiceLive2 on my saxophone to create harmonies and to sometimes stack octaves. I'm playing in a new band setup placing me right next to the drums. Since then the drums bleed into my microphone causing distortion in my VL2. Any suggestions on which settings to adjust to help with this? I've played around with the gain, but didn't notice a difference. Thanks.

      PedroRodrigues Hi tclarksax, sorry to barge in this conversation but unfortunately on the VoiceLive2 input you will not have a tool that would help you deal with the situation you have described , with that in mind the only solution that I can think off that may help id to try to use a gooseneck supercardiod microphone that would provide a very directional polar/pickup pattern, by being more sensitive to on-axis sounds may help you by not pick up any signals around you. I hope this help.

    my Voice Live Touch no longer lights up and at the Italian assistance they told me that the problem is in the motherboard which is no longer available. is it true ? Thank you

      PedroRodrigues Hi Massim8, please consider that I don know what assistance partner you are referring to but Proas and Officine, our official FASC's in Italy are very competent and they contact directly with our Spare Parts department. On another point please consider that the Voice Live Touch as been discontinued for some time now so it will not be surprising that no Spare Parts are available. Thank you
