Hi. What's the latest firmware and how can I update if necessary?

Is the switch 6 compatible with the Voicelive Play?

kiskadar69 I do not know the latest firmware version of VoiceLive Play (blue). You can upgrade with VoiceSupport 2:

      1. VoiceLive Play (=blue): not compatible with Switch-6.
      2. VoiceLive Play GTX (=white): not compatible with Switch-6.
      3. Play Acoustic (=black): compatible with Switch-6 (if you cannot select Switch-6 in the menu, a firmware update is required).
      4. Play Electric (=grey): compatible with Switch-6 (if you cannot select Switch-6 in the menu, a firmware update is required).

I found a similar thread on your website, but when I went to the link of the solution it said the information was no longer available.  I have a voicelive touch 2 and have the blue screen of death.  When I connect it to VoiceSupport 2, it says it's already connected to another device.  I'm somewhat computer savy, but not enough to know how to execute files from internet onto the VoiceSupport 2 software.  Can you provide a step by step solution for this blue screen of death?

I turn it on and the guitar works but no vocal sound. Tried to see if a firmware update would work but I can download the update but i wont open to install.... frustrating.

ChrisEdwards1 Hi Ehoard, firmware updates for the Harmony-G XT are done via the Voicesupport 2 application. Is this the software you are using and are you using it on a MAC?

If so and you are recieving a message regarding the app being from an unidentified developer please run through the below instructions:

      1. Open System Preferences.
      2. Go to the Security & Privacy tab.
      3. Click on the lock and enter your password so you can make changes.
      4. Change the setting for ‘Allow apps downloaded from’ to ‘App Store and identified developers’ from just App Store.

I cannot find one of these anywhere - and I have a need for a battery operated vocal pedal.

Does anyone know if they have been discontinued or a victim of parts supply?

I have a C1, but it doesn't appear to be working. Got the mic going to Mic and the out to a PA. Whilst my voice is going through, the led in the top right isn't coming on to indicate a received signal. None of the dials are having an effect on my voice, and there is a lot of noise in the signal. Have updated to the latest firmware and have tried various XLRs. What am I missing?

ChrisEdwards1 Hi thedrewster, if you are powering the C1 with a third-party power supply could you please just check the specifications match correctly? The required power supply for the C1 should be 12V DC 400mA with a centre negative polarity.
Even if one of these do not match it could cause the C1 to operate/function incorrectly.

You not you have also tried a different XLR Cable but if you have not yet done so could you please try a different microphone or test this directly with the PA to ensure the mic is not faulty?

If upon doing the above the issue remains could you please go to the "Support" tab at the top of the page and submit a Customer Support ticket for further assistance.

Hi, I have Voicelive play by TC Helicon. I've used it for live performances but one day when I plugged it in my mic channel on main mixer started to pitch. So there was just really high sound and nothing else. But the funny thing is when I've tried it at home with my headphones everything was working fine. So, the problem is only when I put it on speakers.
Can you please somehow find the solution? Thank you :)

PedroRodrigues Hi MichaelMusic13, thank you for your post, please bear in mind that the VOICELIVE PLAY offers the following settings for the OUTPUT:

1 . STEREO – XLR outputs receive a stereo mix of all voices and other Inputs.

2 . MONO – A MONO full-mix signal is on the LEFT and a DRY vocal is on the RIGHT.
Any Tone and Pitch Cor Amt settings from the Setup menu are included on the RIGHT DRY channel.

3 . DUAL MONO - A MONO effected voice signal (all voices) is on the LEFT and AUX is on the RIGHT.
This is great for sending music to one channel of a PA and Vocals to another, especially in a Karaoke situation.
Vocal Cancel – Attempts to remove the vocals from a piece of music.

      There are two settings:

1 . OFF – No processing is performed on the aux input .
2 . ON – Processing occurs to attempt to remove lead vocals from a piece of music .
This process can create “Karaoke” style music for you to sing along to, including key information for harmony generation.
The processing capability can vary quite a bit from song to song, depend- ing on the way the song was originally mixed .

Lead Mute – Mutes the Lead vocal and only outputs processed signals .

      There are two settings:

1 . OFF – Lead vocals are routed to the main mix .
2 . ON – Lead vocals are removed from the main mix .

Digital Out Level – Controls the USB output level .

Headphone Lim – Controls the level at which the headphone output limiter engages.
Levels closer to 0db allow for louder headphone output levels.
Please confirm that you have correctly configured your unit’s output for the set up profile you require.

      I hope this helps.

      Thank you

is there a phone number I can call to discuss with a specialist whether one of your products can help my particular situation? It would be so much more efficient if I could speak with someone

    Hi everyone.
I'm a newbie with my VoiceLive Play (VLP) and have a question.
When I'm using the harmony's effect, in the advanced settings, I can select the type of scales that I need.
It range from Major1 to major3 and from Minor1 to Minor3.
Does anyone knows what this scales stand for in music theory and how (and if) it's related with mode (and if so, which one).
    Thank you for your help.

PedroRodrigues Hi gsaunier, thank you for your post, I will try my best to reply to your questions and provide you with the most information possible.
As you mentioned above on your post, on the Menu Effects- Harmony Scale - If the Key is set manually (not AUTO), the advanced menu will allow you set the Scale associated with the Key.
As you pointed out there are 6 settings you can choose from:
      1. MAJOR 1
      2. MAJOR 2
      3. MAJOR 3
      4. MINOR 1
      5. MINOR 2
      6. MINOR 3
