Hi,
On some presets, I am able to set the harmony Key by holding down the Harmony footswitchand setting accordingly. Then, when it times out, it shows the Key in small letters below the name of "Double" on screen, for instance "G Maj2". However, with some presets, after it times out, it doesn't do that, then when I go back in with the Harmony footswitch, the original Key is still there, not the one I just set. The preset settings have "Global Off" for everything. I've also tried pressing Store twice after setting the Key before and after it times out. No luck. This happens on some presets but not others. I have not found a pattern as to why some and not others. I've also tried to turn the device off and on, and I've removed the power cable for 2 minutes. Nothing.
Anyone with any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for the help.
My Tc helicon voicelive play is creating a constant noise when plugged in to PA system in the live set up.I have checked it with multiple PA systems. The problem also persists while I listen to the monitoring through plugging in the headphones.
Any suggestions on how to fix it ?
Hi, all in a while my voice live 2 is'nt working. All the connections are properly made: mic cable in the Xrl input, 1/4" cable in guitar in input, xrl cable in xrl left (mono) output which is connected to a mixer xrl fader. Well, yesterday I switched on the voice live 2 and it didn't world. I couldn't head no sounds From the PA connected to the mixer while other instruments were working good ad usual. I checked twice EVERY cable by connecting each of them directly to the mixer: mic and guitar worked. So it' s not the cables and It's not the mixer and the PA system. I even tried to solve by resetting to factory default both set up and presets but nothing. Actually it seems there's something wrong in the input 'cause not just there's no level in the led mic but even the guitar tuner doesn' reveal any sound from guitar. Hope I explained it Well. Any suggestion?
HOW CAN I RESET MY TC HELICON VOICELIVE2 ?
Why does the THRU output cut the signal path through the processor and consequently its XLR output?
I've read that this way you cant plug your guitar into your amp with a dry signal but... where is the advantage?
I just see that you are including a device which is a potential cause of noise, signal degradation or cut due to power problems... to win no processing (perhaps the use of a tuner or loop facilities? I haven't tried as I actually use dedicated gadgets for those purposes).
Perhaps things and design are as logical or easy as one would think but see no point in adding a thru output while not preserving the wet signal so you can use two different paths (mixers, monitors, amps, daws, effects...)
Correct me if I'm wrong, if you know another way of using both paths, if things aren't as obvious and this way is more logical...
Thanks in advance!
How can I tell which version of Firmware I am running on my VoiceLive 2?
What is the latest Firmware release for VoiceLive 2 and where can I find it?
Is there a site that does a product comparison between the VoiceLive 2 and VoiceLive 3?
I have the 2 and am curious to know what extra features that the 3 has.
Thanks.
I bought a TC-Helecon Play Acoustic and can not even get a clue on how to register it HELP

I have the original VoiceLive local processor which I love but lately I've been having some problems. When trying to change from song mode to step mode or step mode to present mode The processor loses its mind for a little while showing mix in the read out. Usually it will calm down and go we are on direct after a while. Also when setting harmonies in preset moon the third voice control often will not respond properly. Is there a firmware update that might correct these prongs or should I send the unit in for a refurbishment? I don't have proof of purchase as I purchased this unit used several years ago. Will that be a problem? Thanks for your help
