    On my Midas M32, how do I configure settings to allow me to use the fader on a bus send as a master volume controller for that particular bus send? Example: Bus send 1 used as Choir monitors. I send multiple channels to this bus but want to be able to control overall volume up or down with the fader.

      RexBeckett Hi Servant53, that is the normal behavour of Mixbuses. If you set the signal tap on Routing -> Out 1-16 as Post Fader, the Mixbus Master fader will control the output level.

      DavidKnighton Hello templa2021,
      Most of these instruments you can plug directly into a mic/line preamp. You just need to use the right cable (unbalanced 1/4" to male xlr). You could also plug them directly into the Aux inputs, but you only have 6 available, so you might as well plug everything in via xlr. You may also want to consider getting a few DI boxes to convert all your instruments to balanced mic level, but that's not completely necessary.

    Hi, my System 6000 MKII license has self-destructive. I do not know the causes. I am using the machine in a production and I have had to stop everything. I sent an email to Tc electronic's support account on Friday but there was no response. I have tried to open a ticket on the support website but the page does not work correctly and it is impossible. The situation is chaotic. Please I need to get my machine back as soon as possible!

      magneto01 The drop-down field menu marks, it does not display and this makes it impossible to finish creating the ticket. I am attaching a screenshot.
      I have tested this on Win 10 and OSX and in both cases the same thing happens.
      This situation is desperate, I have been with the machine stopped since last Friday and the production stopped.
      I wrote an email to [email protected] but there was no response.
      Can you please give me a solution? it is a really difficult situation. Thanks in advance.

    When integrating Behringer Wing into Cakewalk my DAW only reads MME devices. When switching to ASIO my DAW is able to see all the channels that I need (32), Tho I am not able to select ANY of them as devices for use. As of now cakewalk only allows up to 8 channels left right and stereo under MME devices...

    I have provided a screenshot of what I am looking at when it comes to having my DAW pick up the asio channels 1-32 tho I am not albe to select or activate them with a checkbox. Everthing else runs smooth as butter when my driver setting is set to MME devices, tho I am limited to 8 channels basically...

    Is there a workaround for this or is this a compatability issue with Cakewalk and the Wing?

      DavidKnighton Hello ibsmith,
      From what I understand, ASIO4ALL is supposed to allow aggregate devices, however the WING does not utilize ASIO4ALL, and instead has it's own dedicated ASIO driver.

    Hi Folks. I have a Harmony G-XT. I wanted to reset it to the factory defaults. I pressed the "manual" and the right footswitch by mistake instead of the "manual and "voice2" button whilst plugging in. Now it won't fire up and just has the FX light and nothing else. Any ideas?

    I have bought the UMC404HD audio interface, I have cubase elements 11, I have installed the drivers as the instruction manual says in windows 10, I have the control panel in version 4.59.0 and when I play a project, a clipping sounds every bit time, does anyone know how I can fix it? With the generic asio it did not happen to me and with the ultranova either, which is the keyboard that I have connected.

      RexBeckett Hi Fran63, try increasing the size of the ASIO buffers. You should be able to do this through Cubase's device options.

        Fran63 Thanks for your response RexBeckett. Finally it seems that the problem has been solved. I had it connected to a usb 3.0 cable and I suppose it gave more power than necessary to the connection, because changing it to another with a 2.0 socket solved it.

        RexBeckett I'm glad that you found a solution. USB 3.0 is supposed to support USB 2.0 devices but it is known for causing problems with audio interfaces.

    I was just wondering does my Behringer B2031A have a warranty. I believe one of the Tweaters went out on one of them.

    I've had a Hall of Fame 2x4 bought new for about a year and am having trouble with the first button selector being out of order and not being able to turn it counter clockwise. What is a solution?

      Nigel67 Hi Simsjd. Is your unit less than 1 year old? if so, then it will still be under warranty. I would advise clicking on the support tab at the top of the page and in the new page that opens, scroll down to the service tab and submit a ticket.
