Can someone, maybe Behringer, post clear, step by step instructions on how to run two bridged channels, as oppossed to 4 non bridged, on the NU4-6000?  Detailed, straight forward instructions that explain EVERYTHING that needs to be done to bridge A+C and B+D channels?

    Thank you

    Hello Community:

I've been able to connect my XR18 via the Access Point and Wireless to my computer, my ipad, and Android. I was also able to connect to my PC running Windows 10 via the Ethernet port.

Unfortunately [and this is why I am writing] I have not been able to connect to my Linux PC (Ubuntu 19.04) via the Ethernet. I have been able to connect to my Linux PC with the Access point, and via wifi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I don't want to bring two computers to each show.

      Hi J ( @TheCroMan ),

Welcome to the community.  When you say connect, do you mean the XAir Edit app or networking in general?  Do you get an IP address from the XR18 and can you ping it from the Linux PC? I'm assuming you have the XR18 configured as the DHCP server or are you running with static IPs?

We need to verify the basics are working first and go from there.

Hi, recently I´ve tried to connect my MS40 monitors to a Smart TV via the optical line and the problem is that it only sounds the right speaker, sounds very well but only de right. The left one it seems to vibrate a little but it doesn´t make any sound. The TV output is set in PCM mode.

I don´t have any problems with the rca connectios. They sounds really good.

Thank you very much and sorry for my poor english.

Hi everyone, I write from Italy and I'm not very good with English, in fact I'm using the Google translator. I'm a non-professional bass player, but I write as a user of the Ultracurve Pro DEQ 2496 in my stereo system. It changed my life, I listened in a much better way than before and I even bought two of them within three weeks. I hope it continues to exist for a long time, because it is addictive and now I can't do without it.

I have the umc204hd playback ports 1 & 2 wired to a fostex sub woofer with its passthru outputs connected to two mackie mr 524 speakers. I'm using Hauptwerk to supply the audio to the umc204hd. I  have the latest version umc204hd asio driver, with it's output set to the max. The audio volume is lower than expected even with the speaker's volume controls set to the max. Any suggestions are most welcome!

I've submitted two tech support requests for the umc204, both were closed with no apparent update from support that I can find...

      Hi David ( @dlgabry ),

Welcome to the community.  I've seen a few posts about the RCA level being lower than expected our of the PB outputs.  I have a 404HD which also has balanced PB outputs and I've always used those.  I think it depends on the input sensitivity of the amp. In situations like this I usually put a stereo line pre-amp in between the output device and the input of the amp.  Something like this should work fine:

      Hope this helps,

I am very novice with audio but usually once I can play with things I'm very good at learning. I inherited a DEQ2496 and some other components. But there is no way for me to tell in what order I should hook them up in. For example, the amplifier, receiver, etc. If you could send me what order to hook things up, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks.

Someone to tell me what is internal wiring of DC-8?

I think to bi-wire them (2 runs per speaker), but dont know what gauge and cable type to looking for.

    The amp is Marantz PM11S3.

    Thank you,

Hi, Use a thick multistrand cable for the LF and a good quality solid core for the HF to yield the best results. The amplifier sends exactly the same signal through single or bi-wired cables. The difference comes in the separation of frequencies at the speaker end of the cable. The internal components (crossover) of a speaker sends the high frequencies and low frequencies to the correct drivers/tweeter. Even though the difference is minimal, many audiophiles claim this bi-wiring method increases the stereo separation and perceived level of detail.

Just purchased  a Behringer EP2000.  I would like to power two(2) 10" subwoofer externally from the sub pre out: what needed between the home reciever and the EP2000 to match the impedence?
