Hi, i have a tannoy definition subwoofer on its third amplifier board and can't get another, any ideas for a replacement amp and do the speakers work in phase ie both move out at the same time or push pull ie one one inwards and one out on the same note
Hey Guys,
New member here with first post. I just bought a TC Electonics Brainwaves and am trying to figure out how to do a very simple effect with it. For the time being I just want to run it mono with a detune effect. I just want the dry signal and 6 or 7 cent effect on it. No delay, no repeats, none of the 2nd's, 3rds, 4ths or other semi tones or octaves. Just a straight forward 6 or 7 cents that I can mix in. I drove all over this town to find the appropriate cable and have downloaded the tone print app. But I can's find where you can set individual cents. Can anyone help? Thank you,
James
What is the RMS per channel in 8ohms load? Thank you!
Trying to hook up an android to a xenyx mixer. Am I understanding correctly that you need a mono (not stereo 1/4"adapter) to get the correct signal into a mono channel or a 3.5mm to a splitter 1/4 mono to go left and right?
Hello Bobby, welcome to the community.
You should use a stereo splitter cable like this and connect to a stereo channel. There really is not a way to connect both stereo sides to a mono input but you could connect just one side of the splitter cable if you don't have a spare stereo channel.
Cables that have a 3.5mm TRS plug on one end and a 1/4" TRS plug on the other will not work correctly for this application.
Hi @Markcuson,
I hope you are well.
It is only possible to link like for like units via Bluetooth, unfortunately with this in mind, the setup mentioned will not work. Please also note this is the same for the V1 and V2 versions of the iP Range.
Due to a difference in DSP, it is not possible to link for example an iP500 V1 with its V2 counterpart.
Hope this helps

How do you connect a Sangean DAR-101 to a xenyx 802 to record and play?
Hello Larry, welcome to the community.
It looks as though the DAR-101 has a 3.5mm stereo socket for line input. You should be able record from the 802's 2-Track Output by connecting a cable like this to the DAR-101's Line IN. Make sure the 2-TR To Mix button on the 802 is not pressed as this mutes the recording output.
Bought this speaker on line thru Guitar Center. Scratch and dent. Can't find receipt. GC was no help. Amplifier quit working. Where should I send ? Just the amp or complete speaker. Will it be backed by warranty?
If you registered your speakers, seems it would be covered. Maybe not for the full 10 years being dent and scratch but it is possible. Either way, you need to create a CARE ticket. While signed in, click the "Support" tab up top of this page and follow the directions.
