Hey All,
I recently posted about a humming noise on my Q502USB+AT2020 setup. I managed to fix the humming noise, however, now there is a constant static. I have tried plugging the mixer into different plugs, as well as unplugging the XLR (to confirm it isnt the mic). I haven't been able to stop the hissing/static whatsoever so far. Is there any way to fix this? There is a link below to download an mp3 to hear what the noise sounds like.
Thanks
HI,
Help please. Did anyone know what is the difference between the Subwoofers shown in the picture. booth are Behringer B1200D Active PA Subwoofer. but one has the text "PRO".
Thanks.
BEHRINGER B1200 D.jpgJust joined and so far this sucks. Bought a Behringer mixer after review of add showing software avaliable. Downloaded what I found and got was nothing more than public domain software. Audacity. This is not the software used in the web site demo.
Anyone have a clue whre I can get what was advertisedin web promo?
This really sucks. Software should have come with product. Downloads require too much personal info. I did it and the download is NOT what was shown on demo.

That is an old video actually. The person in that video hasn't been with the company for at least 2 years. Many things have changed since then, including Tracktion (which he mentioned). It is now called Waveform which is available (version 7 is free) here. By the way, even the X32 and new Wing does not come with DAW software. Also, for the record, the Q802USB does not provide true multi-tracking signals. It only has stereo (2 track) bidirectional via USB.
Thanks for reply. Do you know if i can record stereo to pc using USB out on mixer? Would I be able to adjust audio going over USB with mixer or is it fixed at one setting? I am only looking to record a left and right channel.
Hello I'd like to know if you have a pair of speaker grills and which is the cost. I've lost them during a relocation.
best regards,

When I plug it into the wall and turn on the power, it makes a clicking noise. I'm not sure what I should do. I've been through a lot of trobleshooting steps thus far, but nothing has seemed to help.
Hello Miles, welcome to the community.
I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Service Repair explaining your problem. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form.
I have done that, thanks. Do you know if there is a working phone number in the US for behringer as well. I can't seem to reach the number I already have 7028008290
I have Behringer audio interface UMC22. Now ,the problem is i can't install the driver for Windows 10. Please do response and help me in troubleshooting.
Hello Ashish, welcome to the community.
Windows should install the UMC22 using its standard USB audio drivers. Most audio software should be able to use the device through the WASAPI interface. Windows will show the UMC22 as USB Audio Codec or USB Audio Device.
The optional ASIO4ALL driver is only necessary if you must have an ASIO interface. This driver works with the WASAPI device mentioned above and provides an ASIO interface for DAW software. It can give lower latency than using the WASAPI device directly.
What driver are you trying to install? What error messages are you getting?
Make sure you have the USB cable plugged into a USB 2.0 port (usually black), not a USB 3.0 (usually blue).
Thank you for the response. I'm using ASIO4ALL driver. But in Device Manager, the USB audio device is showing with the 'caution' symbol. I can't update driver from there. Can you please help me in installing the driver.

I just bought my dream equipment at the ripe old age of 63 years. Two QSC 12.2, One QSC 10.2, Behringer Digital Mixer with IPad app, Shure ULXD Receiver, KSM8 Transmitter. I have enough to work with for now but will be adding and new power condenser, SKB rack in addition to the one I have, accessories to attach my antennas on the front of my receiver in the rack, and a maxed out 16 in Mac Book Pro custom with 2 Terabye SSD. Ok so I figured out how to connect things to my mixer but now I need to know how to connect my computer to the mixer. I'm thinking it would go in the USB but how do I fined a cable long enough to reach? I use my living room and formal dining room for my equipment. I am only doing this for me to sing at home and I haven't purchased any karaoke songs yet because I keep getting so many opinions about it. I really like Sound Choice but, That's not happening. Also once I connect the laptop, do I send my effects in the Behringer app to my mic channel on the mixer? Also, If I were to purchase Antares Auto Correct or one of their software programs, can I use the effects in live singing or just recording? It's a huge learning curve for me. Thanks!
Hello, not sure exactly how you plan to use everything but I would guess you will need to connect the usb from your mixer (you didn't say what model so I'm guessing X32) to your mac so that the software (or DAW) you use can access your mixer sound card. I use a 15 foot, type A>type B without issue. You can use a powered hub and get longer distances if needed. That will take care of the audio part back and forth. The mixer control itself will need a lan cable either to a router for wireless or directly to the Mac and one of the programs like X32-Edit. There are 2 parts here. the audio section and the physical mixer operation-for routing and fader movement etc.
