    Apparently Berhinger deson't offer a replacement as i have seen multiple people asking for the number without any response. Why have a repklaceable cable if you won't sell one?

      RobbyWingfield Hi Pita, Robby with Music Tribe here, there is not a factory replacement for this cable. But any 3.5mm stereo cable will work.

    good afternoon tribers, i need some help on fuses , i have an old style bh 500 head and the fuses need replacing does anyone know what fuses i need to get as i dont want to be putting the wrong ones in, one of them has blown but i cant tell what one it is and for the cost i just as well replace all of them. thanks for any help chris

    Hi!

    I have written here before and got anwer and even a file with info how to do. Have made a Support ticket, but waiting for answer I have understood moore.

    I want to upgrade my M3000 from ver. 1,05 to 2,04. This can be done with an PCMCIA SRAM Card, which I have got.

    The problem is that the card can only be loaded via another TC item with a floppy disk/usb.

    Though I don't have any other of TC:s stuff is my question if anyone knows if I can send my card to TC and get it loaded "the right way" ?

    Having difficulty keep drum beat from beat buddy and rhythm guitar track on looper in sync. Looper is at end of pedal chain and goes to guitar amp. Beat buddy mini goes direct to Bose S1 active speaker. Therefore no connection between the two. If I connected the beat buddy throught the stereo connection of the looper and then to the Bose speaker and left the guitar connection as is through the mono connection would the two loops stay in sync? Or is a MIDI connection necessary?

      RobbyWingfield Hi Gibson335, this is Robby with Music Tribe unfortunately, the Ditto Stereo has no sync capabilities. The only way to use it would be to send the Beat Buddy through the looper and loop the drums as one of your loop tracks, which would send the drums through your guitar amp at that point. I would suggest having a look at the Dtioo x4 as this does have MIDI sync capabilities and would be able to be used in the setup you have described.

    hi peoples, so ive just had my td3 mo arrive super excited, but synthtribe cant see, i know my computer knows its there coz i get the bing bong as i plug it in, but my windows 10 laptop doesn't tell me its setting it up like ya normally get the td3 can play and seems to function normally like i say other gear my crave rd9 other td3 they all can be found by synthtribe no issue, but not the new one.... ideas fokes please, coz tho i use the td3 most days i have no idea how to use the bloody thing with out the app an i was so stoked to get ripping on the little feller as soon as the box was open..... BAD TIMES LOL,,, yeah ideas anyone please

    unfortunately a speaker has terminal block problems, 3 positions do not work, the tweeter is cut,

    I recently purchased a Crave, it was secondhand, it's been calibrated and updated using the latest Firmware from Synthtool.

    The issue is I am unable to play different notes the keyboard meaning it is Stuck on the same Note! No matter which button I press there is no change in pitch but there is a change in the octave....

    Does anyone have any solutions to this issue as I really want to get on with making music and this issue Sucks?

    Used this speaker for 2 months. One of the amps fried. It's been at the repair shop for over a year now. They are still waiting on the part and have no idea when it will arrive. This is sad. Bought it for my business and never really used it. Turbosound ip3000s are known to fry - manufacturer defect maybe but the customers are suffering : /. This is the craziest purchase I've ever made. New speaker hanging out in a repair shop with no updates on parts. If that's the case maybe contact turbosound HQ and replace the speaker or give a refund. Waiting over a year with no updates.

If you could find out the repair ticket number from Thermal Relief Design and also the ticket number where they have ordered the replacement part, then I will ask the Service Manager to investigate the delay.     hi i had my swing delivered yesterday, and have foung that half the keys, from about where the midi chanels start dont play unless i hit them fairly hard, just gental then i get no note changing the octive makes no change,,,, any ideas or do i need return it

      Can you please provide a detailed description of exactly how you have the Swing setup (Including connections to other devices/software), and the Firmware/SynthTribe version that you are using.
