    Hello !

    I bought a Behringer UM2 and it says that "includes downloadable copy of Tracktion DAW and 150 plugins and effects" but i saw no links/comments to get this when a registred my product ; any other places also.

    How i can get this ?

      Nigel67 Hi Math22. Did you register your UM2 with us? If so, you would have received a automated e-mail from us and that would have contained the link to download Traktion and also the free license. Do you have a ticket number? If you need to register the unit, please click on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Product Registration tab and submit a ticket. You will then receive the automated reply with the Traktion details. Many thanks

    Hello community! Is there anyone who could urgently help? My mean is really urgent. The unit presents the blue screen and that's it.  There is a link here in the community but it's broken and does not open a page. The actual Firmaware is 1.0.02 B61

    I've recently purchased the Boss RC-500 loop station and am trying to use my FCB1010 as a midi foot controller. Nothing seems to work. 

    The boss parameters are set to receive CC commands 21-28. I've set each switch (1-8) on the FCB to send CC 21-28 as well, but it's like no communicationm is happening between the two pedals. Has anyone else tried to use these two? It's maddening. It seems like it shouldn't be this diffcult. These are the settings on the FCB1010 I've setup as per the instruction manual for cc 1-8. Have I don't something incorrectly? I've tried all sorts of variations (nopthing in the notes, using PC commands instead, etc) (also ignore value 1 on the first preset, I corrected that)

    I tried making both swtiches active, all MIDI functions are set to channel 6, as is the BOSS unit. I've played around with values 1 and 2... I can't seem to get anything to work.

    Can anyone please confirm if i can connect a Xynyx 802 directly to a Eurolive B213D?

      Nigel67 Hi Dkoky. I am sorry, but I do not recognise the Eurolive B213D (could one of the numbers be wrong?), but as long as the speaker is active, i.e contains an amplifier, then you will be able to connect the Xenyx 802 to it. The Xenyx does not have a built in amplifier.

    Voicelive touch suddenly won't power on. Any suggestions?

      Nigel67 Hi Screens. If the unit is not powering up at all, then I would suggest that the power supply has failed. Can I confirm that you have tried a known good mains socket? If you know an electronic technician, then I would suggest asking him to test the power supply output and make sure that the voltage is good. Should be 12V. If there is no voltage, then you can purchase a replacement from one of our partners. If the power supply is good, then the fault will be on the unit itself and will need to be repaired by one of our local repair centres to you.

    Hi,

     

    I've got a brand new VoiceLive Play and I can't seem to get it to detect any audio when using a condenser microphone. 

    I'm using an audio-technica AT2020 microphone with just headphones plugged in. The input setting is set to "condenser microphone". The built in mics seem to detect audio just fine.

    Is this a phantom power issue?

      Nigel67 Hi hampers. If you have selected "Condenser Mic" within Setup > Input (menu) > Input, then this activates the +48V phantom power to power your condenser microphone. Can you confirm that you are using a balanced microphone cable and it is not faulty and the microphone is working? Do you have any way to check that the phantom power is coming out of the voicelive play? If you have checked all these, please submit a Technical Support ticket and a colleague will be able to advise you further. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Technical Support tab and submit a ticket. Many thanks

    Good Morning everyone and happy new year!!!Well the question is...Can i use my Bugera 6262 Infinium with the Ps1 powersoak?I know that the Ps1 it's a 100w Max power attenuator and the 6262 it's a 120w amp but,i've heard something about the real power of the 6262 it's 85 R.M.S Watts and could fits perfectly with the Ps1 powersoak so...Can anybody tell my something about this?

    Hey everyone,

    I have a problem I just can't seem to solve so I'm hoping that someone here might have the answer.

    Basically, when I plug my guitar into the 'In' jack on my VL3X, the guitar signal has disappeared from the outputs. It's present in the unit - the input LEDs light up, the signal passses out the 'thru' jack to my amp, the tuner works and, most strangely, the looper will record what I play (silently) but then play it back when I finish the loop. Same with overdubs! I can't hear the guitar signal when recording/dubbing but what I play is faithfully recorded using the on-board amp sim & effects and then played back when I run the loop. The guitar signal is gone from the main XLRs, the guitar jacks and the headphone output, but plays back from the looper through all of these outputs. It's weird!

    I have gone over every setting 100 times and can't hit upon the answer. Everything worked just fine the last time I used it a couple of weeks ago. I have completed the factory reset process successfully and updated the firmware to the latest version/build 2.2.00 b.366.

    I'm stuck! Help!

    Hi does anyone have a solution for pairing the app to the Flow 8 mixer using an iPad running IOS 9.3.5 ? 

    It connects audio no problem , I'm able to download the app v1.5 from the App Store but it won't connect, getting a pin request and also shows my Bluetooth is off when it's actually on.

    i can pair the app no problem on my iPhone 13 but I'd really like to use the iPad with a bigger screen.

    Any suggestions welcome

    I am now in the process of filing a formal complaint with The Better Business Bureau against Music Tribe. I am sharing this experience with all who will listen as a result of being disregarded by this company, in the hopes of helping customers know what to expect when dealing with repairs and warranties:

    I ordered what turned out to be a defective IP3000 from Musictribe through ebay. It took months of forms, documenting videos of the defect, multiple emails to Alexander Lane and Musician Specialist Chad Saylor, and forum posts right here before I was given a "repair number". I then had to drive this massive unit over 2 and a half hours to a repair facility in Irvine CA, only to be told they were backed up for months, and that Music Tribe had left them with several of these units and that they were baffled by Music Tribe's lack of communication as well.


    Many emails, calls, and forum posts later, I finally got the unit sent to the "Las Vegas Repair Facility", and a couple of weeks later it was delivered to me, and I unboxed it to find the subwoofer literally beat up, all four corners damaged. It proved functional... for two shows, then, no sound.


    I have been fired from two venues as a result of the unit failing twice in mid-performance, and have lost thousands of dollars in wages as a result of cancelled gigs due to not having a functional PA, because of this endless bureaucratic nonsense and completely shoddy repair work.


    Now, multiple emails & forum posts later, and I have received NO RESPONSE from Music Tribe.


    This has been a devastating & disheartening experience with Music Tribe.


    I should not have to go through this horrible repair process anymore, for what is obviously a completely defective IP3000. The only way this gets resolved at this point is sending me a new IP3000 and a massive apology. As for the lost wages, stress, and embarrassment I've been put through... well, there it is.

    To Musictribe: I would appreciate being contacted in person at this point. Not holding my breath, but do the right thing.
