Hi, I have had my x32 rack for about 8/9 months now and I was using it for recording yesterday when all of a sudden it just shut off....

It powers on, just. I have to leave it a minute to power on but once it has done that, non of the inputs work. I've tried changing routing, updating firmware etc. and im not getting any signal from my microphone. What should I do?? I don't have my warranty info anymore because I didn't expect anything like this to happen within the first year at all and I can't just ring behringer either.

John Matthews Hi Chris, John from Music Tribe here it sounds as though there has been a problem with the PSU which has led to the input boards not functioning correctly. Can you fill out the Service Request form via the Support button at the top of the page and a member of the team in your region can help you arrange a repair for this. Please note that for warranty repair you'll need to provide a copy of your Proof of purchase so if you don't have this you should contact the retailer you bought it from to see if they can provide you a new copy from the sales record.

Spent a couple hours speaking with the people at Asurion and they assured me I'd be able to get a Return Authorization label no problem from Music Tribe and I'm just not see anything remotely close to what I'm looking for anywhere on this site. My manufacturers warranty has only 7 days left so help would be greatly appreciated.

The amp suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. Less then a year old, never abused or damaged by me and bought it new from the store. No issues at all leading up to its demise

Received a notice from Apple that equipment drivers will no longer work when they update their OS to Big Sur.   Is Behringer on top of this?

When will we knowwhat to do?

Paul Vannatto For what product? Most are Core Compliant, meaning that there are no drivers required for Mac OS.

Does anyone know how to change the X-Touch One's shuttle wheel resolution? I'm using Studio One but I'm guessing changing resolution is similar for all DAWs. It's default is a 1 bar increment. I'm guessing there has to be a way to easily (besides changing the sysex message) increment length to 1/4 note, 1/8 note, seconds, etc.

    Thank you for your help...

    Hi

I recently purchased a UMC202HD Pod cast kit purely to use over skype while playing guitar with my guitar instructor .

I have it set up , running through Garageband and I am able to hear myself speak and play . However I wish to broadcast what I hear through Skype so my Guitar Teacher can also hear me and speak to me .

In garge band I have it set up as Input 1 & 2 .

How could I route the audio into Skype so he can hear me play and speak to me

My Microphe is in Input 1 and Guitar is in Input 2

    Any help would be appreciatted

    Steve

William Reichling Hello, This would be a limitation with the skype software. With skype, by default, it will only select one mono channel, channel one. You would need some special software we do not make to get around this limitation. Here Is a tutorial I found for you that should help you out with this issue.

I'm looking for help in locating a replacement driver for one of my B1500D Subwoofers.  The Sub went out a couple of weeks ago and I'm having trouble locating a new driver for the cabinet

Using UCA202 to digitise vinyl, with Audacity on laptop with stereo phono cable from hi-fi speaker outlets. Can record two tracks, but they are identical. Apparently to obtain true stereo I need to reconfigure the usb device in Advanced tab of Sound settings in laptop...but there is no 2-channel option on the drop-down when I look. I read that Windows isn't giving that option because it thinks that the device is a microphone. Anyone know how I can get round this?

I purchased Behringer wireless mics ULM200. The USB has cracked open and no longer works. It's never been dropped or abused. Can I get a new one?

Hello, i bought a CT200 (Cable tester) to check cables to my clients, but it does not work properly with any 6,3mm mono cables (guitar cables)

The cables has been tested properly, and they are full working, no cross connection/bleed between tip/sleeve. To my knowledge, seems that it accept only TRS cables

But the advertise and the product manual talk about TS cables too.

Can you help me fix this?

Paul Vannatto Are you getting an X shaped readout? If so that is correct for mono cables.

      ct88 yes, i get a 31/13 message, that basically is ring/sleeve short

      • Behringer CT200
Paul Vannatto Which would be correct for a TS connection. I've been using the CT200 for about 20 years and an X is correct for TS to TS cables. The ring and sleeve are together.
