    Hello Musictribe and tc electronic team,

    can you tell me if the System6000 Licences execept the System6000 Integrator are running with an MKI System?

    I contacted the help desk in order to obtain a replacement power amp for for my BH250, and recieved an invoice indicating the parts that I needed, but so far (4 weeks later) nobody has picked up the phone in order for me to actually order the parts. I have left messages on their answerphone, but I've heard nothing.

    Does anybody actually work there?

    Hey! I'm really having trouble figuring this out and haven't found articles online related to it. I play e-bass and a Moog synth bass on stage and I need them both to be heard from my bass cab and run via a single cord for the sound guy. For this purpose, I was dreaming about running my e-bass to the "Input" of the amp, and running the Moog synth bass to the insert / effect loop so it would bypass the preamp of the amp. So far I ger both inputs working indivitually but once the effect loop jack is plugged in, the "Input" jack cuts off and signal from it is no longer heard. What might I be missing here?  Thanks!

    I bought Finalizer Plus and M3000, they always helped me when I was young.

    They were really nice gear.

     

    Now I purchased TC Studio Elite Collection last weekend.

    But there is no action to my e-mail address.

     

    Please help me to download plug-ins and authorize it ASAP.

    Of course I want to use them.

    I recently got a Brainwaves. I'm starting to scratch the surface of the posibilties of the toneprint editor and I'm starting to fall in love the pedal.
    Only downside I have encountered so far is the drop in volume with the pedal switched on.
    I've read about this issue on several boards, but can't find anything about it on the tribes.
    Is this some 'special feature' of the pedal wich might disapear with a firmware-update in the near future or is there a setting in the toneprint-editor I am missing to make up for this?

    Hi,

    I have not received my activation code. 

    I need it urgently for a live theater production. 
    I see that many people are in the same case as me. 

    I contacted the support team- no answer. I complained on Twitter, the community manager  came back to me, but still, no contact from the support team. 

    What are you doing ? This is highly unprofessional. But hey, I could have guessed it. Messed up activation system, and messed up support system, what a great combo. I will never buy TC products online. 

    Also, if I don't get my activation code by tomorrow, I will contest/cancel the PayPal payment, and will signal this scam behavior to the French customs and fraud protection service. 

    Please, everyone who bought products and haven't received any code:

    cancell your PayPal payment, if you didn't received your product activation code. 

    We won't get scammed.

    I have to join the line of people not receiving activation codes. Bought on Nov 29, opened support case CAS-505917-Y4K5Y9, nothing happens. Days later. Crickets chirping.

    No replys, this site is loading so slowly, this all shows how less MT cares about their custumers.
    What a shame this happened to TC, a company that was known for their highest quality products.

    Hello to all,

     

    My Voicelive 3 was once functioning but for some reason now I do not get output.  All cables are verified functioning and hooked up per the manual on dual mono. Also have input on the level meters but no output to the mixing board. I tried a factory reset but no luck.

      Nigel67 Hi kiddz3. If you have done a factory reset without success, then the unit is probably faulty and in need of repair. I would advise submitting a ticket to the Technical Team who may be able to advise further and also help with getting your unit repaired.
