I'm looking to buy a Plethora X5, though I would like to know if is possible to combine 2 or more TonePrints under one single pedal? Kind of a preset? Simple case scenario: create my own pedal slot for soloing, which may have Reverb and Delay. This way I can press only one switch at the time of soloing, instead of pressing Delay and Reverd separately.

    Thanks

WilliamR Hello, WIlliam from musictribe here. At the moment, the individual tone prints would have to be activated to its corresponding buttons. You could switch to a preset with a corresponding midi command that has the two individual pedals already engaged, but I'm afraid the preset switching would not be fast enough to do in the middle of a song.

I've had this device since 2018, only started using it regularly in 2020 and it's been sent in for repair twice. The latest issue is when in use the preset foot switches are lit according to the setting and after 10-15 minutes the foot swutch lights go out and the board no longer responds to commands.

    I was told to:

    a) Do factory reset, but back up my pre-sets on Voice Support App (I have no idea what that is or where to find it)

    b) Do an Update Voice Support App (I have no idea what that is or where to find it)

This was obviously not a cheap devise and when it works I love it, but it has been very problemactic since day one. Maybe I got a lemon, or is this indicative of the TC Helicon Live 3

Any and all help would be appreciated

Computer is attached to the rack mount board.  USB playback from computer was working perfectly until I came in yesterday morning and nothing.  I can see signal in Windows but its not getting out (or into) to the board.  Tried reloading the driver.  Nothing.  Thanks for the help.

The DN32 is not showing as an output option even after cable swap

Paul_Vannatto Sounds like a routing issue, not a driver issue. What do you have assigned to the Routing, Card (M32C output to USB) and Routing, Inputs (including Aux In Remap)?

      • USB input to M32C quit working and I can't seem to figure out why
RobFincham This first screen shot shows no connection with the DN32

    Hello,

Don't even know if this is the correct place to be asking questions about this, but since the support pages are pretty useless, here goes...

When will there be an update to the offline editor to make it available on more up to date versions of OSX?

Surely there's a port or something that can be added for 64 bit operating systems???

Considering these consoles are still in fairly widespread use, it's pretty annoying that there hasn't been a solution since Catalina.

    Totally undoable?

I have problems with the UMC204.
I recently changed the system from Windows 7 to Windows 10. When using the interface it sounds hoarse like low latency for a few seconds, then the audio cuts out and even youtube videos freeze. What I can do? I work with FL Studio

    Hi there,

I couldn't find any information on Apple M1 native support. I bought the System 6000 Native Bundle last year and I'd like to know when we can expect to use the software on the new M1 machines.

    Cheers, Casey

PedroRodrigues Hi cake74, thank you for your post, If you have a Mac with Apple silicon (M1), as advised by Apple you must install Rosetta 2 to allow you to run any software developed for Mac intel processor, such as SYSTEM 6000 BUNDLE. For more information please follow the link below: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT211861 Thank you

Is it possible to chain single effect pedals to TC Electronics plat acoustic pedal???

PedroRodrigues Hi COOLABAH, thank you for your post, please consider that any questions about TC HELICON pedals must be done on the TC HELICON area on the Community. But the PLAY ACOUSTIC was designed to be used as a single pedal and not to be chained with other pedals. Thank you

I hope this is ok to ask about here. I have looked everywhere online, it seems, and I can't figure this out. Also, im not sure if this is an issue with MOTU or Behringer.

I've been working on building my home studio for a couple of months now and I figured I should have multiple monitor mixes for when my band comes over to record. I have two guitar amps mic'd up and use an electric drum set via usb to the computer. I bought the powerplay system along with ADAT cables and plugged them into the 8pre. I have the output of the interface going into the input of the behringer and the output of the behringer into the input of the interface. I am not sure how to route the audio in the pro audio control through to the powerplay system. Im using a VST in my DAW to create the sound for the drumst so im also not sure how to add the drumset in the pro audio control. Any advice would be immensly appreciated!
