I am going nuts trying to work this out!I have a pair of IP2000's I tried to connect them both to the control app. No matter what I do I can only get one side connect! Do I have to pair them (Master, Slave) which I can't seem to do, they just keep searching for each other. Or can I connect each colum to the app one at a time unpaired? There are two control setting in the app, right & Left? Honestly I want to level them both with the same settings. Please help, I need simple step by step directions... I just keep finding info like "Just connect the two speakers to the app and you are good to go"!! That's worthless information I need the how to connect them info... Thanks for any help you can offer, Mike M.

ChrisEdwards1 Hi MikeMastrianno, if you are trying to connect to the Turbo Control App via Bluetooth then yes, both speakers will need to be paired before hand in order for this to work. You mention you are having difficulty doing this as they are constantly searching for each other, I would recommend checking both your units are the same version. The IP2000 has 2 versions, if you have a V1 and V2 they will not be able to pair together. The following video will help you identify which versions you have:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_1aavh5dsk

You can also use the app via an analogue connection using the instructions below:

Operation without Bluetooth Pairing (Analogue Input Only)
      • Power on the first (usually left-hand) speaker – this speaker will become the MASTER speaker.
      • Start the control app on the IOS device.
      • Check that the app is connected and functioning with the single MASTER speaker.
      • Power up the second speaker – this speaker becomes the SLAVE speaker.
      • Check that the app’s Main Page shows both MASTER and SLAVE input and balance control

MikeMastrianno Thanks Chris, I have to admit I am exhausted with frustration. I really had a dream these would be plug and play after the first simple set up... so far it's just been me sweating and swearing ...

GaryHiggins Why would you ask this in a Behringer forum and then say no Behringer equipment? Everyone here is here about their equipment. Likely to not get many serious responses doing so. Better go elsewhere where similar feelings exist. My 2 cents. Good luck.

Hi! We are helping a customer with a base preset for their TFA-600HW speakers powerd by Lab Gruppen PLM 10000Q amplifiers (Lake controller). The manual gives very little information about recommended crossover, PEQ etc. There are available lake files for tri-amp configuration, but our customer is using them in bi-amp config.

Does anyone have a lake preset/module file for these speakers in bi-amp mode?

Nigel67 Hi Keeperlit. If you are only using analogue connections, the you will need two balanced XLR (male to female) cables or balanced 1/4" to male XLR cables depending on the main output connectors on your mixer. You can also use 1/4" jacks to plug into the speakers but I would advise using XLRs as they are more rugged and secure. You then run one cable from the left mix out to your left speaker and the other cable from the right mix out on your mixer to the right speaker

Hi, everyone. I have a production company that doesn't require the Line Array system we bought four years ago. If anyone is interested, it's a Turbosound Line Array system that has the listed pieces below. The system is located in New Hampshire, USA. Please contact [email protected] if you're interested. Fair offers will be accepted.

I have been trying to get a response from Turbosound for two weeks now.  I have a touring system that took a power surge and is completely dead.  I need parts and service.  They do not respond at all to any request.  I will never recommend another MT product ever.  I have lost thousands of dollars in rental income and I am no closer to contacting anyone.  If you look art my service requests, they simply say "problem resolved"! They never even contacted me!

I found this video, but otherwise I cannot find any information on what differences there may be socially and operationally outside of the fact that maybe ver 1 cannot link with ver 2

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_1aavh5dsk

    Help much appreciated!

Unfortunately Dale_M, your post in no way explains what differences there may be socially and operationally in terms of ver. 1 compared to ver. 2 and yes I am aware that ver. 1 and ver. 2 have compatibly issues, but again that is not what I'm asking.

I've had an ip2000 v2 for a while and just picked up another one second hand but I didn't realize it was the first version. I'm having trouble connecting the two via Bluetooth. Does anyone know if v1 and v2 should be compatible and maybe it's just user error on my part?

Nigel67 Hi JonathanRobinson. Unfortunately it is not possible to bluetooth them together. While the form factor is identical between these two models, the voicing and available features are slightly different. For example, the iP2000V2 has built-in reverb and independent EQ for every channel, where the iP2000 does not. In order to maintain balance and fidelity between systems, the unlike models will not allow pairing with each other.
