    Hi how are you I want to connect the voicelive rack to my Logic Pro x through USB so please I need help thank you my Logic Pro X its version (10.7.0)

    I own all of the TC-Helicon pedals. It is a pain to have 6 power cords running to multiple outlets. Where can I get a power supply that has 6 12volt sources on one unit? Everything I see has 9 volt and the maybe two 12 volt sources.

    I submitted ticket CAS-505588-X4K6B9 due to not having received my MD4 HD Native ilok license email. It's been 4 days already and two tickets submitted. This clearly a systemic problem, since I've seen so many posts since even before black Friday. I didn't have any issues with my TC Electronic purchases a year ago. Please look into this. Paypal screenshot and ilok (lriv5) are in there. I would hate to open a Paypal issue to get a refund. I just want my license. (Yes, I've checked spam a million times and nothing). Help is greatly appreciated

    what does this sentence refer to in the Warning section of the manual - 

    ► Use a three wire grounding type line cord like the one supplied with the product.

    Is it referring to the A/C adapter? Because the A/C adapter is only a two pronged (non-grounded) cord. Or the guitar cord?

    I received just the Paypal payment invoice. What should I do to have this code?

      ChrisEdwards1 Hi Fabriziodipaola1, I am sorry to hear about this issue. As advised on your post on Software Licenses If you have not yet done so could you please check your spam/junk email folder? Sometimes the Activation Code email will be routed to here.
      If the Activation Code is not in your spam/junk can you please provide submit a technical support ticket with a screenshot of the order and your iLok ID, and I can then manually generate this for you. To do this please go to support at the top of the page and click on the relevant tab, with regards to serial number please enter N/A.

      If you have already submitted a case could you please confirm the case number for me?

    Hi! I bought a second hand Voicelive 3 extreme. I tried to restore it to the fabric settings, but I does not pass from the Maintenance settings and stays hours in that display...

      Nigel67 Hi FLOR87. I think that the switch in the headphone jack may be broken and the unit is always entering System Maintenance Mode when you switch it on. You are going to need to check if the switch is broken. As the unit is out of warranty, you could get a local electronic technician to take a look for you and if it is broken a spare part can be ordered from the spares team. Or we can arrange a repair at a local repair centre to you via our Service Department. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service or Spare Parts tabs and submit a ticket. Its also worth putting something pointed into the headphone jack and seeing if the switch is just stuck in and you may be able to loosen it. Hope this helps

    Hello Everone, 

     

    I'm looking for a small mic looper that has midi clock. In my band we're currently using the Ditto X4 as a vocal looper, because we're synching it to an Mpc. But since the Ditto X4 is made for instruments, we're struggeling with very low output and a lot of buzz noises. 

    Sadly the mic looper doesn't have midi, but does anyone know if it's possible to build in midi clock yourself?

    Brand new, just pulled it out of the box. Oscillator A tunes up perfectly throughout an entire scale. Oscillator B on the other hand, is narrower than an octave. Tune it to a center keyboard note, and play up the scale, and its flat, play below the tuned note and its sharp. The scale is less than an octave.  So, brand new and I'm FREAKING out. Turns out, there is a little scale adjustment screw, under the dashboard. I think I'll post a video if no one else has.
