    The Tannoy ceiling speaker in our office has become dislodged. This happened before my arrival to the office so I'm unsure of what cause the issue; however I have been asked to solve the problem! It doesn't push in or twist into place- is there instructions somehwere on how to secure the speaker again? Or perhaps contact details for someone who could fix the problem? The office is based in Soho, London

      DavidKnighton Hello Libby Bramston,
      You should be able to peel off the grill and see some adjustment screws. The screws can be turned clockwise to tighten the rear of the speaker to the mounting bracket. Now, if the mounting bracket is dislodged behind the plaster, then that would require some thorough investigation.

    Hi, Just retrieved my old and muched loved R3's from storage and a moues had climed in one on them and gnawed the wires and 2 speakers. I need the tweeter and middle driver. All I can see on the units is N39Y and U39X. Can anyone help me replace these parts. And if I'm replacing them on 1 speaker should I do the came on the one that works too?

      KyleJohnson Hello Kristinn, Kyle here with Music Tribe. No, there is no accessible fuse on the GOLD 5. Unfortunately if your speaker is not powering on, it will require service. If you are still within your retailers exchange period, I recommend you contact them for an exchange. If you are outside of your retailers exchange period and require warranty support, please submit a Support ticket by clicking on Support at the top of this page.

    Please provide a description of how to get inside the speaker enclosure without making any damage. I especially mean the removal of the decorative rings on the speakers and the speakers themselves. The goal is to remove, diagnose and repair the defective speaker.

    My Tannoy 2.8 sub has suddenly stopped outputting any sound. The light at the back now flashes red whereas it used to be a solid green. What does this indicate? I raised a care ticket but this has gone ignored. Attrocious customer service from what used to be a reputable brand.
