    Our church owned 4 sets of IP2000. 3 of 4 sets has been shutting down at low volume level so they have to power recycle to restore its operation. Then, they wouls go down again after sometimes of operations.

    is anyone experiencing similar issue?

    I'd appreciate any comment or suggestions.

    Hello there,

     

    I have a Turbosound IP3000, and I am thinking to add a smaller IP2000, as I need one smaller speaker for easier carrying.

    Can I pair them by bluetooth (incl. stereo), or is that possible strictly only among the same models (e.g. two IP3000s)?

     

    I prefer to know before buying.

    I have been trying to get a response from Turbosound for two weeks now.  I have a touring system that took a power surge and is completely dead.  I need parts and service.  They do not respond at all to any request.  I will never recommend another MT product ever.  I have lost thousands of dollars in rental income and I am no closer to contacting anyone.  If you look art my service requests, they simply say "problem resolved"! They never even contacted me!

    Everyone should know the level of ineptitude that exists in this company. I have been trying for nearly 4 months to simply order replacement parts. I was just informed via email that they were never ordered! I have been without an entire touring system for months because of this issue and now this! As an industry veteran of over 35 years, I have never encountered a company who cares any less than this one. it's really quite pitiful!

    I have just under a dozen Turbosound TFX-152M-AN which 3, only 1-2 years old, always transported safely, that have had failures. Here is what, after many hours, the cause of the failure is. Since the are not supplying parts at all, or fast track replacement units, well, I'm speaking up.

    1) The center cone, as part of the "coaxial" aspect of the monitor, is GLUED IN WITH A SEMI NON-HARDENING AGENT. I've had 2 that have done this. The glue was also not properly spread evenly which doesn't help the situation one bit.

    2) The tweeter"high end speaker which uses the cone for the out bound signal to go thru the 15" low end speaker diaphragm can rupture at mid signal strength. This in itself is just poor design. 

    *** My suggestion if you have these, DO NOT SEND THEM IN. THERE ARE NO PARTS AND YOU MAY BE MONTHS BEFORE YOU GET IT BACK! I had 2 go down a week apart. One with the tweeter and one with a detached cone. I just made one out of two.

        JeffRusin They had a batch of speakers where the magnets cracked too and it has nothing to do with the way the speakers were handled. It’s always fill out a service ticket and if you do you’ll wait a month to hear back with no results

    Hello!

    I made a ticket earlier about spare parts considering blown woofer on my iQ12. I was redirected to my country importer but they haven't answered for a long time. I tried to ask on my ticket, how much peak power and continous power should replacement woofer be able to handle but got no answer. Anyone here, that could help me out? 

    Now it seems that I have to look for other manufacturers LF drivers since TS-12W100B4 cannot be found from anywhere.

        Matiaspasonen Hello Dale! That is exactly what I did earlier but Parts inquiry team refused to tell me price & availability, instead they redirected me to ask from my country (Finland) importer (Verkkokauppa). So in my case, everything has already been played as the book says and it did not render wanted solutions as said before.

        Matiaspasonen I simply need some technical statistics considering my product and if Turbosound cannot provide the information officially, I'd be glad that someone here could help me out unofficially. Seems my country importer (Verkkokauppa) has neither technical or time related resources to solve these issues, so I have to use every lifeline available. Turbosound TS-12W350/8W could be an option, but not shure if 2 x 350RMS(8ohm) = 700 RMS is enough for iQ12.

        JeffRusin It’s always fill out a ticket and you’ll be lucky if you hear anything in a month. I did it just for fun on a subwoofer speaker and it took him a month reply and all they said was we can’t get it try our service center. With the goddamn company itself can’t get it what makes him think the service center can get them. Unfortunately music tribe has turned into the most irresponsible satisfying the customer company
