      Did you take screenshots of the completed Care form as I suggested when you posted about this before? If so, embed them in a PM to @AlexLane (click on the Photos button in the PM editor) and he will be able to help you.

    Greetings,

    I am a disabled vet on a very limited income. I own 2 Behringer NU6000DSP's that both have went bad in the last 3 years, last one occuring just days ago. The first time was under warranty and NEVER heard anything back from anyone ( believe me am persistant) I thought it would have been quicker acting with manufacturer then submitting to Sweetwater service (1st kick in the pants) Even have a repair vacility 30 miles away.... did everything except throw rocks through windows to get help! Still nothing.

    Now all this tribe stuff... I don't need a forum, I need service PLEASE! Ticket submission said response in under 24 hours (2nd kick in pants) I DJ the local VFW's/Legions for very little money and consider moving the gear my weekly cardio. So without an amp, I won't be doing any gigs which may cause my blood to thicken and I could possibly die!  I know it is a stretch, but seriously, it could happen!

    I don't want to die please help me!

      Hello Bryan, welcome to the community. We are mostly users like you but we may be able to help.


       


      Did you get any email response from your most recent Care ticket submission? Some people have missed them because they ended-up in their spam folders. You should also be able to see the status of the case by clicking on Support at the top of this page. If you can tell us the Care Ticket Number, we should be able to get someone to look into it.

    Hello, we have a problem with an IPD2400 and the firmware update. With one of our IPD 2400, the update collapsed in the middle of the erase. now the IPD no longer starts. What can you do? Thanks! Harald

      Are you able to confirm if the device is still receiving power fine, however, is just stuck in Standby? Or will the device not power to Standby?

    is there any other way to get spare parts of the PLM series 
    bequase every time we if send it to repair and they have this Absurd high repair costs
     we can also do it ourselfs   its not that hard   its more hard to find the problem  
    but with 7 plm's in total  we rather want to do it ourselfs

      Hi Sowatt,


      You can contact our CARE team and ask but I would warn you that performing these repairs yourself will void your warranty. Also, our service centers have specialised repair and testing equipment which is quite essential to perform a quality and most importantly, safe, repair.


      Not trying to downplay your skills as a repair engineer, just a bit of insight into what goes into the process of service.


      Honestly I would very strongly reccomend you send your amps for repair in a certified service center, if you are getting repeat failures then its worth doing some analysis as to the cause also. It may be that you can avoid having to send it in to start with.

    Do any of the Lab Gruppen amplifiers support shut down of the amplifier upon receiving a contact closure?

    Application is to prevent conflict with life safety systems, directly at the amplifier.

    Please also advise if there is a different way to seek this information more effectively.

      I suggest that you raise a Care ticket for Service Repair explaining your problem. This is done by clicking on Support at the top of the page and then clicking the Create a Care Ticket button. This is only possible if you have completed all the required fields in your profile. Make sure that you fill-in every required field on the Care form. Watch your email spam folder - some responses have been missed through this.

    I have purchased the Amp Combo above in the subject line.  I would like to know if this amp will accomodate a 10 or 12 inch speaker to replace the 8 inch that it is going to arrive with.

    This is all new territory for me, but I have a 10" 35 watt to use in this 15 watt combo.
