    Hello all,

i am trying so hard to find a large replacement knob for the main dial on my old BTR2000. I've tried messaging on here and haven't gotten anything back. Any information would be appreciated; thanks!

thachiefkeif William, thank you for your response. I have been waiting around a year now to have some sort of correspondence with this… I have now set two different tickets and the first one was ‘resolved’ even though I didn’t end up ever being contacted about how to get said knob. I guess the dude figured out what item number it was but that’s as far as it ever got. How will I be contacted about my ticket, and when can I expect this? I am literally just trying to get a piece of tiny plastic so I can sell this thing.

    Hi all,

when i put on the Mp3 jack connection my phone and play some music from spotify or youtube, my Behringer don't work. Why? Maybe the Mp3 input is broken? Or maybe my Behringer can't play music from external devices? Can someone help me? If the same phone connect with a little JBL with jack cable he play music with no problems. Something is wrong with my HA-20R.

    Thank You all!!

PedroRodrigues Hi Aniketverma, thank you for your post, I would suggest confirming that you are using your unit with 1/4" TS IN/OUT connector and you are using DC 9 V?, 100 mA power supply, please confirm that you cables are in good conditions and you are connecting your pedal directly to wall socket.
If following the steps advised above did not result in any improvement, I would suggest following the link below and submit a case with our Service Department, so your unit can be inspected.

      Thank you

Dale_M Hi there, that's a lot of pedals!. Tuner first to wah then Overdrive/distortion/compression should go before Chorus, and any ambience pedals towards the end, delay should always go last then your loop station. There are no rules regarding this but a best practice approach many guitarist will agree on.

I recently purchased a Super Phase Shifter SP400 (March 2021). I tried it but I am having trouble with it. I plug it in and the light comes on but after a few seconds it cuts out and turns off. Any solutions!

Nigel67 Hi Abby52. Are you using a battery or a psu to power the unit? If a battery, can you confirm the battery is good? If a psu, do you know whether is is also working correctly and to the correct specification? Can you try a battery instead? If both are good, then I would advise filling out a Service Ticket and the Team can check the warranty situation and organise a repair for you. This can be done by clicking on the support tab at the top of the page. A new window will open. Scroll down and click on the Service tab and submit a ticket. Many thanks

How do I hook my guitar rig to a Behringer effects processor without a effects loop or mixer

    • Wengy
      DavidKnighton Hello Wengy,
Could you tell us specifically which Behringer effects processor you're trying to use? If your guitar amplifier doesn't have an effects loop, then the only conceivable method would be to insert the processor between the guitar and the amplifier head, much to the same effect as a pedal or stompbox.

I have a gigging amp that's down, and need help.  I sent a support request 6/4, got an email saying Jeffery Ford had tried unsuccessfully to contact me, and I replied again 6/8 advising I would watch for calls from your area code, and asking you to leave a message and direct contact number.  I haven't heard a reply.

An amp was dropped and broke a component.  I'm looking for the amp PCB (or suitable replacement) for a BX1800.  While awaiting your reply, I'm using a Peavey.  I have another gig this weekend, and am hoping to fix this amp soon.

Can you tell me how to get the part?  I need this as soon as possible, to complete the repair.

As before, IF you call and miss me, I will be glad to return your call; just leave a call-back number or a direct email to Behringer support staff.

Thanks you for whatever help you can provide to get this amp back in working order.

Nigel67 Hi mdhsabh. I will pass on a message to Jeffery and ask him to give you a call. With regards to getting hold of a replacement part, I will make a copy of your original case and send it across to the spares team so that they can quote you pricing and availability.
