    Hello,

    I am a fan of and have always used the Harmony singer. I just bout the voicetone to get better harmony but I notice that it does not have the reverb function that harmony singer has built in.  An oversite on my part.  Can I use the reverb on my harmony singer and the harmony of my nue voice tone H1 together. If so, how do I do that.

      kiskadar69 Use VoiceTone H1 as before, but:
      Step 1: connect the XLR output of the VoiceTone H1 to the XLR input of the Harmony Singer.
      Step 2: Turn the Harmony Singer's LEVEL potentiometer all the way to the left.
      Step 3: I think you should turn off the Harmony Singer Tone button, but you can decide otherwise.
      Step 4: Amplify the XLR output of the Harmony Singer.
      Step 5: Sing into the microphone while adjusting the MIC GAIN pot (if it has one) and the REVERB pot of the Harmony Singer.

    The vocal input level setting is changing on its own.  My VLX3 MIDI is connected via USB, and I send MIDI to it to control vocal harmony via a MIDI file player in Gig Performer from my Macbook.  I have MIDI set in the VLX3 to listen on its own channel, 13.  If I leave the settings screen open, I can watch it change.  Is it possible that the VLX3 settings can be controlled via MIDI, and is being changed by some CC sent to it?  I looked in the manual at the MIDI CCs for the VLX3, and I did not anything for the input level.

    It’s been 12 days since I raised a ticket and to date, I have not received any communications or replies to my eamails. I have been regularly checking the spam folder and there is nothing in place to block correspondence. This is not a good system.

    Hi,

    I can't figure out how to implement MIDI control of tempo from my controller.

    The manual says specifically it is not MIDI clock, but instead MIDI tempo.

    Is this a Meta MIDI Message for controlling Tempo...

    OR, is it MIDI Time Code?

    I have a TC Helico9n G Xt and when I plug it in the only thing i get on the screen is the number 8. None of the buttons work and I tried a factory rest, but nothing happens. i really like the unit, but it seems to be dead. Anyone else experience this and if yes, did they find a fix for it?

      kiskadar69 This issue is common with a failed power supply. Try another power supply (12 VDC with a negative tip, minimum 300mA).

    I just want to be sure I'm interpreting the manual correctly. I have preset 491 set to GLOBAL ON for an acoustic guitar tone I use for MOST of my tunes. However there are 1 or 2 presets that I would like to tweak for a different guitar tone. Can I still create alternate guitar tones and guitar effect automation in different presets if I switch the preset I'm adjusting(NOT 491)to GLOBAL OFF without said changes affecting GLOBAL PRESET 491? Just don't want to change preset 491 at all. I know that if GLOBAL is switched to ON withinin any preset, tweaks to guitar tone will also adjust 491. But if I switch GLOBAL to OFF within an individual preset, I should then be able to change the guitar tone and effect automation for just that one preset,am I correct. Thanks everyone!

      PedroRodrigues Hi brynnerhead1, thank you for your post, you are correct, the Global system is “opt in”. This means each Preset carries its own individual settings until you change an effect to Global. Once that happens, the current Preset and Global Preset settings become shared.

    Something happened to my VL3 about 3 years ago.  When I turn it on the screen is white.  In System Maintenance mode, there is a "System Maintenance" bar at the top of the screen, but there are no menu items, so I cannot Factory Reset it that way.  It does register via USB or midi through any method.  Basically, it turns on, but its as good as a paper weight.  Any ideas on how I can bring her back to life?

    I believe I purchased the unit in 2017.

    I just picked up a TC Helicon Play acoustic pedal. It works great and I wanted to add the guitar since it had that option, I wanted to try it out. So when I use the pedal with the mic and guitar, whenever I click the food switches, the clicking of the switch comes through my speakers, this only happens when my guitar is plugged in. I tried an amp and a PA and they both do the same thing with the clicking sound. I even reset my pedal back to factory settings and made sure I was updated to the newest firmware. We tried turning down "roomsense" and tried turning down the guitar volume on the pedal, still getting the clicking sound. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks

      PedroRodrigues Hi Billbrinkmusic2022, thank you for your post, I would first suggest to confirm that Roomsense parameter is off, for that please go to the MIX section.
      This may be cause by the fact that RoomSense uses the onboard microphones on the unit to “listen” to musical information from the surrounding environment, a single chord-based instrument or even your whole band will work, to determine the key/scale for Harmony and HardTune effects.
      When you have a guitar plugged in, the Guitar acts as the primary source for chord detection. If you stop playing guitar, RoomSense will try to determine key/scale from “what it hears” in the room and it may be picking up any sound on the unit’s surface.
